MLG BRAKE PRESSURE: UPON TAXI OUT I APPLIED BRAKE PRESSURE TO MAKE THE INITIAL TURN OUT OF ATLANTIC AVIATION. I NOTICED THE BRAKES IMMEDIATELY FELT "MUSHY" AND CHATTERED MAKING THE WHOLE COCKPIT SHAKE. I HANDED THE CONTROLS OVER TO MY CO-PILOT AND THE SAME SCENARIO PLAYED OUT FOR HIM . CORRECTIVE ACTION: NETJETS REQUESTED WE REPLACE THE BCU. REMOVED AND REPLACED BCU WITH AN INSPECTED/TESTED UNIT. OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. WORK DONE REF PHENOM 300 AMM 32-41-01. MAIN DOOR VISUAL INDICATOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR LOWER RIGHT LOCKING INDICATOR GREEN FLAG IS EITHER OBSCURED OR NOT SHOWING IN THE VIEW WINDOW. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED MED TRIM PANELS AND FOUND DEBRIS BLOCKING VIEW OF INDICATOR. REMOVED DEBRIS AND REINSTALLED PANELS. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW EMB 505 AMM 52-14-30-400-801-A
AIR DISTRIBUTION: WHILE CRUISING AT FL 400 WE SMELLED SMOKE/ FUMES IN THE COCKPIT. WE COULD NOT LOCATE THE SOURCE OF IT. THE SMELL/ FUME GOT STRONGER AS TIME PROGRESSED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED FAULTY FWD EVAPORATOR BLOWER AND REPLACED WITH A NEW BLOWER. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPS CHECKS REF PHENOM 300 AMM 21-52-04. REMOVED P/N 1133850-104 S/N 1076
CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLASHING INFLIGHT. REMOVED FAILED FWD BATTERY PACK & INSTALLED REPAIRED UNIT IAW AMM 33-52-01. REMOVED FAILED AFT BATTERY PACK & INSTALLED REPAIRED UNIT IAW AMM 33-52-01. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 33-52-00.
NLG LANDING GEAR RETRACTION: ON DEPARTURE AFTER GEAR RETRACTION THE LG LEVER DISAG CAS CAME ON. QRH COMPLETED BUT DID NOT FIX PROBLEM. NOSE GEAR DID NOT RETRACT. APPROACH AND LANDING WERE NORMAL. USE SECOND PHOTO WITH RED NOSE GEAR INDICATION.
RIGHT MLG BRAKE: WHILE TAXIING TO RUNWAY THE RIGHT BRAKE STARTED LOCKING UP WHEN DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL, NO MATTER HOW GENTLY. IT SENT EXTREME SHUDDERS THROUGHOUT THE PLANE. IT WAS ESPECIALLY NOTICEABLE AS WE LINED UP ON THE RUNWAY AS WE HAD TO USE RIGHT BRAKE TO LINE UP. WE TAXIIED OFF RUNWAY AND PROCEEDED VERY SLOWLY BACK TO FBO.//CORRECTIVE ACTION//PERFORMED INITIAL INSPECTION OF RH MAIN WHEEL AND BRAKE. NO OBVIOUS DEFECTS NOTED. UPON INSPECTION, NOTED RH BRAKE HAD 3-4MM REMAINING, SUGGESTED TO MCC WE SHOULD REPLACE RH BRAKE AT THIS TIME AND PERFORM BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURE. REMOVED REPLACED RH FAULTY BRAKE ASSEMBLY WITH OH BRAKE ASSEMBLY. OPS CHECK GOOD. UPON POWERING UP THE ENGINES FOR TAKEOFF WITH THE BREAKS HELD FOR A STATIC TAKEOFF, YELLOW BRK FAIL CAS MESSAGE CAME ON AND THE BREAKS NO LONGER WORKED AT ALL. REMOVED AND INSTALLED REPAIRED WHEEL SPEED TRANSDUCER IAW AMM 32-41-06-400-801-A. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 32-41-06-710-801-A. REMOVED AND INSTALLED TESTED BRAKE CONTROL MODULE IAW AMM 32-41-07-400-801-A. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE BRAKE SYSTEM IAW AMM 32-41-00-720-801-A/500. ALL CHECKS GOOD. ORIG SUB DATE: 12/29/2022

PERFORMED EMB 505 FIM TASK 33-50-00-810-802-A INCORRECT FUNCTIONING OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS", OPS CHECK GOOD BUT NOTED LIGHTS TURNS ON WITH SWITCH SELECTED TO ARM WITH POWER APPLIED (GPU AND BATTERIES) REF FIM TASK BLOCK 5 (STEP 6). REMOVED AND REPLACED COCKPIT EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY SUPPLY AND PERFORMED EMERGENCY LIGHTS FUNCTIONAL CHECK REF EMB 505 AMM 33-52-01. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.

LEFT ENGINE AFT MOUNT FITTING HAS GOUGES AND SCRATCHES ON THE AFT VIBRATION ISOLATOR FITTING ON THE FORWARD FACE IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM PRODUCED A DIRTY SOCK ODOR. REMOVED LEFT AND RIGHT WATER SEPARATOR COALESCER BAG AND INSTALLED NEW. COMPLIED WITH CMP 215005 AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM OPS TEST WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THERE IS STILL AN ODOR PRESENT ONLY WHEN THE APU IS RUNNING THE A/C PACKS. ISOLATED LEFT AND RIGHT PACK WITH NO DIFFERENCE. STARTED LEFT AND RIGHT ENGINES AND OPERATED BOTH PACKS FOR 30 MINUTES AND ODOR DISAPPEARED. SELECTED APU AS AIR SOURCE AND ODOR IMMEDIATLY RETURNED. CHECKED BOTH PACKS FOR PROPER OPERATION WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND. REMOVED APU AND INSTALLED A REPAIRED UNIT. COMPLIED WITH CMP MSG3 490052 OPS TEST. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD. CHECKED BOTH PACKS FOR PROPER OPERATION WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND.
DURING CLIMB, NOTICED A VERY STRONG EXHAUST ODOR THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CABIN. THE ODOR TEMPORARILY FADED BUT REAPPEARED ABOUT 10 MINUTES INTO THE FLIGHT AND REMAINED. DONNED MASKS AND DROPPED PAX MASKS AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. AFTER LANDING THE ODOR WAS STILL VERY STRONG. NO SMOKE WAS OBSERVED ANYWHERE IN THE CABIN. 20 MINUTES AFTER COMPLETE SHUTDOWN OF ENGINES AND APU, AND WITH THE MAIN CABIN DOOR AND BAGGAGE DOOR OPEN TO VENTILATE THE CABIN, COULD STILL DETECT A VERY STRONG ODOR COMING FROM THE AFT LAVATORY AREA. R & R RT AND LT WATER SEPARATOR COALESCER BAGS IAW GIV MSG3 CMP 217078 AND 217077. R & R AFT TOILET DUE TO GAS INDUCTION INTO THE SYS. RAN APU WITH BLEED AIR ON FOR 20 MINUTES, CYCLED THROUGH ALL TEMPERATURE RANGES. NO SMOKE OR EXHAUST ODOR IS EVIDENT.
STRONG EXHAUST & FUEL ODOR PREVALENT IN CABIN UPON DESCENT. ODOR WAS VERY STRONG AND WAS FIRST NOTICED ON DESCENT THROUGHOUT APPROXIMATELY 10,000FT. R & R WATER SEPARATOR BAGS . PERFORMED OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS OR ODORS NOTED. ALL WORK DONE IAW CMP 'S.
ABOUT 30 MINUTES INTO FLIGHT, THE F/A TURNED THE OVEN ON TO WARM SOME BREAD. WITHIN A FEW MINUTES SHE NOTICED THE AREA HAD AN ELECTRICAL BURNING ODOR AND AN ODOR OTHER THAN BURNED FOOD. SHE ALSO STATED SHE NOTICED SMOKE INSIDE THE OVEN DOOR WINDOW. THE OVEN WAS TURNED OFF AND THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS PULLED TO DEACTIVATE THE SYS AND THERE WERE NO FURTHER ISSUES.
DURING CLIMB, CABIN PRESURIZATION BECAME ERRATIC AND UNCONTROLABLE. CREW DESCENDED IMEDIATELY. CABIN LOW WARNING ILLUMINATED. OPEN.
CREW REPORTED LT THROTTLE IS LOOSE AND INOPERATIVE. MX FOUND LT THROTTLE CABLE BROKEN UNDER FLOOR IN AFT LAV JUST FWD OF WHERE CABLE TURNS UPWARD AT AFT LAV AFT WALL. CABLE APPARENTLY HAD BEEN FRAYING ON STRUCTURE PRIOR TO BREAKING.
