BRK FAIL YELLOW CAS: WHILE COMMENCING TO TAXI FROM START, I RELEASED THE BRAKE HANDLE AND IT FELT AS THOUGH WE WERE DRAGGING A CHOCK. WE RELEASED THE HANDLE AGAIN AND THE BRAKE FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE LEFT AND RIGHT SEAT NORMAL BRAKING DID NOT WORK. WE REPOSITIONED INTO THE PARKING SPOT USING THE EMERGENCY HANDLE SINCE WE WERE BLOCKING THE TAXIWAY ON A NON-TOWER AIRPORT. UPON RESTART THE SYSTEM APPEARED TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. " CORRECTIVE ACTION " REMOVED WORK LH BRAKE ASSY AND INSTALLED "CANN'D" SERVICABLE BRAKE ASSY FROM AIRCRAFT N304QS S/N 50500143 UNDER DUNCAN WORK ORDER L7NGA ON 06/2912022 COMPLETED OPERATIONALCHECK AND TAXI WITHNO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. A-I WINGSTB LEAK YELLOW CAS: 15 MIN. AFTER LEVELING OFF AT FL430 THE AI WINGSTAB LEAK CASS ILLUMINATED. WE INITIATED THE QRH EAP 11-6 PROCEDURE. AFTER LEVELING OFF AT FL340 THE CASS LIGHT WENT OUT, THEN CAME BACK ON. DURING DECENT TO 10,000 FT CASS LIGHT WOULD APPEAR INTERMITTENTLY. POWER CHANGES ALSO WOULD BRING ON THE CASS MESSAGE. OBSERVING THE "BLEED AIR SYNOPTIC" PAGE IT SHOWED THE LEAK TO BE COMING FROM THE RIGHT WING. UPON POST-FLIGHT INSPECTION, NO EVIDENCE OF EXTERNAL DAMAGE. //SIGNOFF// PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES IAW EMB PH300 FIM 36-21-0G-810-808-A AND AS PER EMB CONTACT CENTER. PERFORMED OPS AND FUNCTIONAL CHECK OFTOE WING/HORIZONTAL STAB ICE PROTECTION SYSTEM IAW EMB PH300 AMM 30-10-00 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. NOTIFIED EMB CONTACT CENTER AND MCC OF ALL FINDINGS. NI WING/STAB LEAK WAS FOUND TO BE A TRANSIENT FAULT. NO FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING REQUIRED IAW EMB PH300 FIM 36-21-00-810-808-A AND EMB PH300 CONTACT CENTER.
DURING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF EMBRAER SERVICE BULLETIN 505-55-0004 REV 01 (DATED 06/24/2020) WE NOTED THE FOLLOWING MASS BALANCE WEIGHT BELOW TOLERANCE AT LEFT ELEVATOR: HORN MASS WEIGHT PART NUMBER PE915109-L42 (1 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 1095G). WEIGHT HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHT AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11082-603 AS PER SERVICE BULLETIN INSTRUCTIONS. THIS REPORT COMPLIES WITH FAA 14 CFR PART 135 OPERATORâS GMM REQUIREMENTS.
