ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLASHING REGARDLESS OF SWITCH POSITION COULD NOT DUPLICATE FLASJIING ON EMERGENCY LIGHTS BUT FOUND TILAT EMERGENCY LIGHTS SWITCH POSITION REMAINED LLLUMINATED IN ARM POSITION WHILE IN USE WITH MAIN BATTERIES.DISCONNECTED AFT BA'ITERY PACK AND NOW LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE 1N ARM POSITION \VHJLE BEING "PJGGY BACKED" OFF MAIN BA 'ITERIES. THIS CONFRRMED AFT BA 'ITERY PACK IS TIIE ISSUE. R&R. AFT L!MERGL!NCY BATTERY PACK W/ TESTED UNIT IA W EMB 505 AMM 33-52-00 OPS CHECK GOOD NOW LIGHTS ONLY ILLUMINATE WITH RESPECTIVE POSITION OF SWLTCH.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF THE VENTRAL RUD FAIL CAS MESSAGE ILUMINATED. THE MESSAGE CLEARED IT SELF SEVERAL MINUTES LATER AND THEN CYCLED ON AND OFF SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE COURSE OF THE 45 MINUTE FLIGHT AT FL370. WE THEN RECIEVED AN AP FAIL AND YD FAIL CAS ALONG WITH THE VENTRAL RUD FAIL. THE QRH WAS FOLLOWED AND AN EMERGECY WAS DECLAIRED TO EXPIDITE OUR DESCENT. ALL THREE CAS MESSAGES CONTINUED TO CYCLE ON AND OFF UNTIL LANDING. PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING AND FOUND THE SERVO INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED VENTRAL RUDDER SERVO IAW EMB505 AMM 22-11-11/400. UPDATED SOFTWARE IAW IAW EMB505 AMM 22-11-11/200. VERIFIED OPS CHECK GOOD IAW EMB505 AMM 22-11-11/500. VERIFIED RIGGING PIN REMOVED.
ON DESCENT WE NOTICED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS BEGAN BLINKING WHILE THE SWITCH WAS IN THE ARMED POSITION. R & R EMERGECY LIGHT BATTERY #1 AND PERFORMED OPS TEST OF EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM REF AMM 33-52-01

PERFORMED POST ENGINE INSTALLATION OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED SPT. CALIBRATION RUNS COMPLETED WITH ENGINE PARAMETERS WITHIN EMM LIMITS JAW EMB SOS AMM 71·00·00 AND PWS3SE EMM 71-00-00.
WITH EMER LIGHT SWITCH IN ARM POSITION, CABIN EMER LIGHTING FLICKERS. REMOVED #2 DEFECTED EMERGNCY BATTERY P/N 7450L.5-00. S/N 005221 IAW EMBRAER PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-01.INSTALLED #2 CUSTOMER SUPPLIED REPAIRED EMERGNCY BATTERY SUPPLY P/N 7450L.5-00. S/N 005173 IAW AMM 33-52·01.OPS CHECK GOOD.
CARGO SMOKE RED CAS, WHEN PARKING ON THE RAMP WE GOT A RED BAG SMK CAS MESSAGE. WHEN WE EXITED THE AIRCRAFT THERE WAS SMOKE COMING FROM THE BAGAGE COMPARTMENT. LATER THE SMOKE CAME FROM THE CABIN AS WELL. REMOVED "INOP" VCS COMPRESSOR DRIVE MODULE. REMOVED RECEIVER DRYER. INSTALLED NEW RECEIVER DRYER. INSTALLED MODIFIED COMPRESSOR DRIVE MODULE. COMPRESSOR WAS REPLACED AND IS BRAND NEW. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM CHAPTER 21-61-01, 21-52-00. ACCESSED AND REMOVED THE CONDENSER ASSEMBLY. INSTALLED A NEW CONDENSER ASSEMBLY. VACUUMED THE SYSTEM FOR 60 MINUTES. SERVICED THE SYSTEM WITH 4.5 LBS R134A REFRIGERANT. PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECK. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM CHAPTER 21-52-08. REMOVED DUAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER. INSTALLED MODIFIED DUAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER. FUNCTIONAL CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM CHAPTER 21·61·01·400-801·A.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: ALL CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKERING DURING FLIGHT WITH SWITCH IN ARM POSITION. THEY ALSO FLICKERED WITH SWITCH IN ON POSITION. CABIN EMERG LIGHT: IN THE ARM POSITION ALL CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FLICKERING ON AND OFF DURING FLIGHT. ATTEMPTED A RESET BY TURNING THE LIGHTS OFF THEN BACK TO ARM. THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS STAYED ON IN THE ARM POSITION FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS AND THEN STARTED TO STROBE ON AND OFF.// SIGNOFF// CONFIRMED DISCREPANCY. GAINED ACCESS TO #1 AND #2 EMER BATT PACKS. REMOVED #1 EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 6450LS-00 S/N 002251 DUE TO INTERNAL FAILURE. INSTALLED NEW EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 7450LS-00 S/N 005279 AS REQUIRED. REMOVED #2 EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 6450LS-00 S/N 002247 DUE TO INTERNAL FAILURE. INSTALLED NEW EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N 7450LS-00 S/N 005269 AS REQUIRED. CHARGED EMERGENCY BATTERY AS REQUIRED.
