SLIGHT ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL COMING FROM THE AC DUCTING. HAPPENS WITH AC ON OR BLOWER ONLY.
DURING INSPECTION, THE TAILBOOM UPPER LH ATTACHMENT FITTING WAS VISUALLY IDENTIFIED AS CRACKED.
VERTICAL TUNNEL AFT RT CORNER STIFFENER CRACKED.
WHILE REPLACING A LEAKING HYD PUMP & LEAKING TRANSMISSION OIL PUMP, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE ROTOR TACH GEN TO HYD PUMP DRIVE SPLINES, SHAFT PN 20546AA, WERE SEIZED IN THE ROTOR TACH GEN. APPARENT CAUSE WAS OIL & HYD FLUID WASHING OUT LUBRICATING GREASE.
MCO - FLT 5276 - AIRCRAFT LOST ALL BRAKING POWER ON TAXI-OUT. FOUND MFC 1 FAILING CROSSTALK CHECK REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 MFC SYSTEM. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW ATR 72 AMM 31-48-21 RAI 11000-001. (M)
