THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE THE RUDDER TRIM POSITION INDICATOR INOP DURING FLIGHT. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THE RUDDER TRIM INDICATOR WAS DEFECTIVE. THE INDICATOR WAS REMOVED AND A REPAIRED UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE LEFT WINDSHIELD WILL NOT HEAT UP PROPERLY. THE LEFT OVERHEAD TEMP CONTROL LIGHT WILL NOT ILLUMINATE IN ANY OPERATION. WHEN SYSTEM IS TURNED ON, THE CREW STATED THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SEE THROUGH THE DISTORTED VIEW. ONLY A 3 INCH SECTION WAS HEATING. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR REMOVED THE LEFT WINDSHIELD AND INSTALLED A NEW WINDSHIELD. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE NO2 INVERTER WAS INTERMITTENTLY FAILING DURING FLIGHT. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NO2 INVERTER WITH INSPECTED UNIT. OPERATION CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
UPON DEPARTURE, FLIGHT CREW LEVELED OFF AT 5000 FEET MSL TO VERIFY PROPER FLAP OPERATION. IN LEVEL FLIGHT 160KTS OF AIRSPEED, RECEIVED "FLAP ASYMMETRY" INDICATION AFTER EXTENDING FLAPS 20 DEGREES TO 30 DEGREES. UPON TAXI IN, FLAP ASYM EXTINGUISHED AND FLAPS SET 30 DEGREES. / GAINED ACCESS TO FLAP CABLES AND BELL CRANKS. FOUND LEFT-HAND CABLES SLACK. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND FLAP CABLE SEPARATED FROM SWAG. NOTE: CABLE INTERNALLY CORRODED WITHIN SWAG. NO EXTERNAL VISUAL INDICATION PRIOR TO FAILURE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THEY WERE RECEIVING LESS THAN 5% OF AIRFLOW INTO THE CABIN FROM THE RT ENGINE PRESSURE SOURCE IN CRUISE FLIGHT. RT ITT IS 30 DEGREES COOLER THAN THE LT ENGINE ITT. BELOW 25000 FT RT ENGINE PRESSURE UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE CABIN ALONE. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM AND DETERMINED THE RT PRSOV DEFECTIVE. AN OVERHAULED PRSOV WAS INSTALLED. OPERATIONS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
