IPC REF, 53-10-00, FIG 01, PAGE 4, DETAIL C, ITEM 156. REMOVED THE BRACKET AND INSPECTED FOR BUCKLING AND CRACKING, NONE FOUND. INSTALLED NEW BRACKET IAW MM CHP 51.

IPC REF, 53-10-00, FIG 01, PAGE 4, DETAIL C, ITEM 157. REMOVED THE BRACKET AND INSPECTED FOR BUCKLING AND CRACKING, NONE FOUND. INSTALLED NEW BRACKET IAW MM CHP 51. THIS INSPECTION WAS PREFORMED 994 LANDINGS SINCE THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION. INSPECTION INTERVAL IS 1000 LANDINGS.

DURING INSPECTION PHASE 51, UP ELEVATOR CABLE, PN 5815103-6 WAS FOUND TO HAVE 3 COMPLETE STRANDS BROKEN. LOCATION OF THE BREAKS IS UNDER THE PULLEY, PN S378-4 AT FS 292.05. THE PULLEY WAS INSPECTED AND IT WAS FOUND TO BE FREE ROLLING. NO OBVIOUS MECHANICAL DEFECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE CAUSED THE BREAK.
