PERFORMED A MAJOR REPAIR BY OPENING UP HOLES TO REMOVE DAMAGE, FABRICATED AND INSTALLING FREEZE PLUGS. OPENED HOLES IN FREEZE PLUGS USING NR 10 DRILL BIT. ALL WORK DONE IAW REO 601R-53-11-162.
