DURING APPROACH INTO CVG, CREW EXPERIENCED SMOKE AND ELECTRICAL FUMES IN THE CABIN WHICH SEEMED TO ORIGINATE IN VICINITY OF BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT. FOUND COCKPIT BLOWER MOTOR BURNED OUT. NO FIRE OR FIRE DAMAGE. AICRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
