ON APPROACH, CREW REPORTED SMOKE EMANATING FROM THE INSTRUMENT PANEL, WITH AN ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, CONTINUED THE APPROACH TO A SAFE LANDING. MX FOUND THE DIMMER POWER SUPPLY (DS104) OUTPUT VOLTAGE OUT OF LIMITS WHICH RESULTED IN BURNING UP THE ALTITUDE AWARENESS PANEL. BOTH COMPONENTS WERE REPLACED.

DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS FOUND THE BLEED AIR TUBE SUPPORT BRACKET ATTACHED TO FRAME 329.9 PULLED AWAY AND DAMAGED THE FRAME. THE FASTENERS WERE PULLED THROUGH THE FRAME AND THE FRAME CRACKED AT THE FASTENER HOLES. THE FRAME WAS REPAIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED TECHNICAL DATA.

ON LANDING CREW REPORTED NO BRAKING ACTION WHEN APPLYING BRAKES INITIALLY. PUSHING HARDER ON THE BRAKES YIELDED SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT IN BRAKING BUT ALSO RESULTED THE BRAKES GRABBING. CONTROL IMPROVED WHEN DEACTIVATING THE ANTI-SKID SYS.
