AFTER TAKE OFF LG LEVER DISAGREE CAS MESSAGE WAS DISPLAYED. RECYCLED THE LANDING GEAR AS PER THE QRH. IT SHOWS 3 GREEN ON EXTENSION. ON RETRACTION INDICATES A NOSE LANDING MALFUNCTION. LANDING GEAR GRAVITY EXTENSION WAS PERFORMED AS PER PROCEDURE. PLACED AIRCRAFT ON JACKS. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NLG SHOCK STRUT ASSEMBLY AS REQUIRED. COMPLIED WITH A FINAL SERVICING OF THE STRUT AFTER FINAL INSTALLATION OF THE ASSEMBLY. COMPLIED WITH FUNCTIONAL CHECKS OF LANDING GEAR EXTENSION AND RETRACTION/OPS CHECKS AS REQUIRED, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK COMPLETED IN REFERENCE WITH EMBRAER PHENOM 300 MAINTENANCE MANUAL CHAPTER 32-21-01, 29-10-00.
CLIMBING THROUGH FL270 WE RECEIVED THE PAX DOOR OPEN WARNING CAS. WE RAN THE QRH AND STARTED DESCENT TO 10,000FT. THE CAS CLEARED ON DESCENT AROUND 13,000FT. THERE WAS NO INDICATION DOOR WAS OPEN AND PRESSURIZATION WAS NORMAL. CORRECTIVE ACTION: DURING GVI OF WIRING HARNESS FOUND TWO BROKEN WIRES UNDERNEATH THE MED STAIRS. ONE WIRE GOES TO THE MICROSWITCH. THE OTHER BROKEN WIRE GOES TO THE LOWER FWD MED STEP EMERGENCY LIGHT. SPLICED THE WIRES TO THEIR ORIGINAL LOCATIONS, SECURED WIRES TO WIRING HARNESS AS REQUIRED AND RE-INSTALLED WIRE HARNESS TO DOOR STEP. RAN ENGINES AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK OF THE MAIN DOOR MICROSWITCHS. CLOSED UP ALL ACCESS GAINED. WORK PERFORMED IN REF TO EMB-S0S AMM S2-71-20-820-801-A, SWPM 20-41-20 AND AMM S2-14-40
AT GEAR EXTENSTION CAS MESSAGE APPEARED. DIVERTED AND RAN QRH BEFORE LANDING AT MONTROSE. REPLACED BRAKE CONTROL MODULE. REF AMM 32-41-07/400, & 71-00-01-910-801-A. OPS CHECKED GOOD, NO LEAKS DETECTED, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
EMERG LIGHT SWITCH: AFTER TAKEOFF WE NOTICED ALL OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON WITH THE SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION. THE LIGHTS STAYED ON UNTIL THE SWITCH WAS TURNED OFF UPON SHUTDOWN. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY. OPS CHECK GOOD. PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-01-400-801-A
AFTER LANDING THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP FINE BUT UPON EXITING THE RUNWAY BREAKING SEEMED TO BE SEVERELY DIMINISHED. BOTH WHEELS SEEMED TO BE LOCKING UP INTERMITTENTLY AND CONTROLLED TAXIING WAS VERY DIFFICULT. RIGHT WHEEL BRAKE SEEMS TO BE MORE COMPROMISED. TO BE ABLE TO CONTROL THE AIRCRAFT AND PARK IT BRAKE PEDAL HAD TO BE PUSHED ALL THE WAY IN. COMPLIED WITH FIM TASK 32-41-00-810-803-A. LEFT HAND WST FAILED. TRANSDUCER REMOVED FOR TSHOOTING. (KS.) REPLACED LEFT WST IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 32-41-06. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST, NO DEFECTS NOTED. A TAXI CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND FOUND NORMAL BRAKING CONDITIONS, NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.

MAIN HYDRAULICS: ON APPROACH INSIDE OF 500' JUST PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN A WHITE CREW AWARENESS HYD SYST FAULT CASS MESSAGE APPEARED. UPON TOUCH DOWN AN AMBER BRAKE FAIL CASS BRIEFLY APPEARED. WE USED THE E BRAKE TO STOP THE AC ON THE RUNWAY. //SIGNOFF// FOUND CAUSE OF HYDRAULIC LEAK TO BE A LOOSE ·B NUT AT THE "T" WHERE THE GEAR ACTUATOR EXTEND LINE MEETS THE UP-LOCK ACTUATOR LINE. PROPERLY TIGHTENED THE B NUT APPROXIMATELY TWO FLATS. PERFORMED HYDRAULIC ENGINE DRIVEN PUMP DETAILED LNSP FOR ENGINE OPERATION FOR LESS THAN ONE HOUR WITHOUT HYDRAULIC FLUID. REMOVED HYDRAULIC FILTERS AND PREFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF FILTER AND FLUID FOR CONTAMINATES WITH NONE NOTED. AS PER MCCS REQUEST INSTALLED RECEIVED NEW ALTERNATE PART NUMBER HYDRAULIC FILTER PERFORMED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEEDING OF AIR PROCEDURES AS REQUIRED. SERVICED HDY SYSTEM RESERVOIR TO REQUIRED LEVEL. CABIN EMERG LIGHT: DURING AIRCRAFT PREFLIGHT, CREW DISCOVERED CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM INOPERATIVE. LIGHTING ILLUMINATED FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS, THEN FAILED. SUBSEQUENT TESTS REVEALED THE SAME RESULT. NOTE: GPU WAS POWERING AIRCRAFT FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO TEST. POWERED ON AIRCRAFT AND TESTED !:;MER LIGHTS WITH BATTERY POWER ONLY. AFTER 3-5 MIN NO FLASHING. POWERED DOWN. CONNECTED A GPU AND POWERED BACK UP. TESTED ERNER LIGHTS AGAIN FOR 3-5 MIN NO FLASHING. SPOKE WITH RANDY WITH MCC WHO WANTED TO PREFORM EMER BATTERY OPERATIONAL CHECK. GAINED ACCESS TO NUMBER 1 AND NUMBER· 2 BATTERY. AFTER 1 HOUR OF EMER LIGHTS BEING LEFT ON NO FLASHING OCC1.NRED. SPOKE WITH TOM WITH MCC WHO ADVISED THAT THIS IS SEEN TOO OFTEN AND EMER BAT WILL BE REPLACED. REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH FWD AND AFT EMER BAT WITH NEW. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF BOTH BATTERIES SEPARATELY. ENTAILING EMER LIGHTS TO BE SET IN ARML=D FOR 30 MIN. SWITCH TO OFF DISCONNECT AFT. SWITCH TO ON WAIT TILL LIGHT: FLASH. REPEAT FOR FWD BAT. PLUG BOTH BAT BACK IN SWITCH SET TO ARM AND WAIT 90 MIN. DURING CLOSE UP OF PANEL 223CLF A NUT PLATE CLIP BROKE. REPLACED WITH NEW. CLOSED UP ALL ACCESS POINTS AND RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO ORIGINAL CONDITIONS. REF AMM CHAPTER 33-52-01.
