SPOILER FAULT AND GROUND SPOILER FAIL ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. REMOVED FAULTY LT SPOILER SURFACE POSITION SENSOR P/N 456897-1001 S/N 460573. INSTALLED NEW L/H UNIT P/N 456897-1001 S/N 51S469. REMOVED FAULTY R/H SPOILER SURFACE POSITION SENSOR P/N 456897-1001 S/N 460571. INSTALLED NEW RT UNIT P/N 456897-1001 S/N S16673. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 27-66-02-400-801-A. PERFORMED RIGGING OF MULTIFUNCTION SPOILER SYSTEM IAW MM 27-60-00-82D-801·A. PERFORRNED MULTIFUNCTION SPOILER SYSTEM OPS CHECK CHECKS GOOD.
IN MID FLIGHT EMERGENCY LIGHTS CAME ON STEADY. TRIED RESETTING THE SWITCH BOTH IN AIR AND ON THE GROUND LIGHTS ARE ON IN THE ARM POSITION. THEY DO TURN OFF WHEN THE SWITCH IS TURNED OFF. REMOVED FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY BATTERIES AND INSTALLED NEW BATTERIES PERFROMED OPS CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED REF EMB PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-01
LEFT MLG BRAKE: UPON LANDING, WE ENCOUNTERED A SHUTTER/SHIMMY IN THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR DURING BREAKING, STARTING AT ABOUT 40 KT. WHILE TAXING WHEN EVER BRAKES WERE APPLIED IT WOULD STUTTER AND PULL TO THE LEFT. IT BECAME HARD TO STEER AND WE SHUT DOWN ON THE TAXIWAY AND WE WERE TUGGED IN TO RAMP. ///SIGNOFF/// PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF BOTH LEFT HAND AND RIGHT HAND BRAKE. NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. PERFORMED BRAKE BLEEDING ON BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT HAND BRAKE SYSTEM AS WELL AS EMERGENCY BRAKE BLEEDING. REFERENCED PHENOM 300 AMM TASK 32-40-00-870-801-A.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY: ENROUTE WE NOTICED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATED WITH THE SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION. REMOVED FWD EMERGENCY BATTERY DUE TO BATTERY DRAIN P/N:74S0LS-00 S/N:005004 AND REPLACED WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW EMERGENCY BATTERY P/N: 7450L5--00 S/N: 006541. REMOVED AFT BATTERY DUE TO BATTERY DRAIN P/N: 7450LS-00 S/N:006246 AND REPLACED WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW BATTERY P/N: 7450LS-O0 S/N:0065440PS. CHECK GOOD REF EMB505 AMM 33-52-01. MAIN DOOR HANDLE: MAIN CABIN DOOR IS EXTREMELY STIFF TO OPEN AND CLOSE FROM THE OUTSIDE USING THE DOOR HANDLE. OPERATION FROM INSIDE IS MUCH STIFFER THAN NORMAL BUT NOT AS BAD AS OUTSIDE OPERATION. PLEASE EVALUATE FOR NORMAL FUNCTION. *** CORRECTIVE ACTION *** CONFIRMED CREW WRITE UP. - LUBRICATED LATCH PINS AND FAULT REMAINED. REMOVED STAIRS TO GAIN ACCESS TO ALL ACTUATING COMPONENTS. LUBRICATED ALL ACTUATING COMPNENTS AND FAULT REMAINED. PERFORMED THE INTERNAL MED HANDLE ADJUSTMENT AND FOUND THE FORCE REQUIRED TO BE SLIGHTLY OUT OF LIMITS. ADJUSTED THE ECCENTRIC BUSHINGS AS REQUIRED.
MAIN DOOR: WHILE SECURING THE MAIN CABIN DOOR FROM THE INSIDE, CAN FEEL A GRINDING OF THE LOCKING HARDWARE/ PINS THROUGH THE HANDLE. DOOR IS DIFFICULT TO SECURE. EVEN MORE SO, WHEN TRYING TO LIFT THE INDOOR RED RELEASE HANDLE UP, CAN FEEL THE MOST GRINDING AND RESISTANCE TAKING A COUPLE OF LIFTS TO GET IT OVER CENTER AND OPEN. // SIGNOFF // VERIFIED OPERATION ANO FOUND DOOR SEALS TIGHT BECAUSE THEY ARE NEW AND REQUIRE A BIT MORE FORCE TO PUSH DOOR SHUT OTHERWISE PINS DRAG, WE HAD NO PROBLEMS SHUTTING DOOR AND OPERATION WAS SMOOTH AND NO GRINDING NOISE NOTED IAW EMBS05 AMM 52â¢00-00.
