40C SEAT EMERG EXIT LIGHT. SECURED IN PLACE AND NO TWO ADJACENT LIGHTS INOPERATIVE. OK TO PLACE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT ON MEL 3350B-ASSY SECURED IN PLACE AND NO TWO ADJACENT LIGHTS INOP. DEFERRED, REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BRACKET IAW MM 35-51-18. OK FOR SERVICE.
L1 DOOR WILL NOT ARM REPORTED BY CREW TOMC SMITH STARTED REMOVAL OF L1 DOOR AND PANELS TO DIAGNOSE ISSUE WITH ARMING LEVER. NO DEBRIS FOUND TO BE BLOCKING ARMING LEVER. ISSUE IS ARMING INDICATION IS INTERMITTENT IN-FLIGHT DECK EVEN WHEN ARMING LEVER IS FULLY DOWN. ARMING LEVER IS STILL SPONGY. INSPECTION WAS HERE AS WE ATTEMPTED TO ARM/DISARM DOOR, AGREES THAT DIAGNOSIS REQUIRES RIGGING. RENDER SAFETY CHECK LIST UPDATED TO LOG PAGE FOR THE PANEL THAT STARTED TO BE REMOVED. PARTS REMOVED IN CENTER CONSOLE OF FLIGHT DECK. AIR R WING LEAK ECAM ON DEPARTURE.SUSPECT SEAL. WHILE WORKING TSM 36-22-00-810-841-A LEAK WAS DETECTED AT HEAT EXCHANGER OUTLET TEMPERATURE SENSOR IN NR 2 PYLON. REMOVED AND REPLACED DAMAGED O-RING. INSTALLED SENSOR IAW AMM 36-11-17-400-001-A. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK AND LEAK CHECK AT SENSOR IAW TASK 36-22-00-790-802-A. BOTH CHECKS PASSED. PERFORMED ENGINE RUN, RT WING LEAK FAULT OBSERVED. CONTINUED TROUBLESHOOTING. OPENED SEVERAL LEADING EDGE PANELS ANS WING TO BODY FAIRINGS, TO ACCESS DUCTING. FOUND PRECOOLER OUTLET DUCT SHOWING SIGNS OF LEAKAGE. INSPECTED RT & LT PACK, REPLACED PACKINGS IN PIPES BETWEEN MAIN HEAT EXCHANGER & ACM IAW AMM 21-52-23-400-001-A NO LEAKS. ALSO INSPECTED BLEED AIR DUCKS ON RT WING IAW AMM 36-22-00-790-802-A. REMOVED PANELS TO FACILITATE MAINTENANCE 621EB, 621CB, 621AB, 622EB, 622CB, 622XB, 622YB, 423DT, 423ET, 423CT, 192E. R & R BLEED PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE IAW AMM 36-11-52-000-802-A & 36-11-52-400-802-A THROUGH STEP B.
ON CLIMB OUT AND LEVEL OFF NUMBER TWO ENG N1 ANDN2 VIBRATION AT 10VIBRATION REPORT POST FLIGHT REPORT PIC ADDED TROUBLESHOT NF HIGH VIBRATION DETECTED REF TSM 71-00-00-810-859-A. PERFORMED 'TROUBLESHOOT THE ENGINE AFTER A HIGH FAN VIBRATION EVENT' REF TSM TASK 71-00-00-810-857-A UP TO AND INCLUDING STEP 4.A.(5). FADEC TESTS OK. NO MESSAGES RELATED TO OIL TEMP, OIL DEBRIS, OR ENGINE STALL NOTED. NO AMBER X'S OBSERVED OR REPORTED BY CREW. CREW REPORTED IN VIBE SURVEY THAT FELT VIBRATION WAS MINIMAL TO NONEXISTENT WHILE INDICATION READ 10.0 FOR N1 AND N2 ON CLIMB OUT 78 PERCENT N1. INDICATION RETURNED TO NORMAL WHEN CREW LEVELED OFF AND REDUCED THROTTLES. HISTORY SHOWS FAULT OF 4068KS VIBRATION SENSOR. REF TSM 77-32-00-810-824-A DUE TO PREVIOUS HISTORY, R&R FWD VIBRATION SENSOR (4068KS) REF AMM 77-32-21-400-801-A. CONTINUED ON TSM 71-00-00-810-857-A STARTING AT STEP 4.A.(6). COMPLETED UP TO AND INCLUDING STEP 4.A.(15). ADD EMP:U413394 FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF DAMAGE/WARPING TO STAGE 1, 2, AND 3 LPC BLADES. NO EVIDENCE OF FOD OR DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE INLET OR EXHAUST AREA. INSPECTED EXTERNAL HARDWARE AND FOUND TO BE SECURE. NO METALLIC SHAVINGPERFORMED TEST 6, EEC IDLE AND REST 8, VIBRATION SURVEY ON RIGHT ENGINE. HIGHEST INDICATED VIBRATION WAS .2. NO FAULTS BEFORE OR AFTER RUN. VIBRATION WITHIN LIMITS.
FUEL CAP MISSING ON WALKAROUND INSTALLED FUEL CAP UPDATED TRACKING INFO ON SERVICEABLE TAG, HOWEVER THERE IS NO CAP TO RETURN, DUE TO IT BEING MISSING. INSTALLED FUEL CAP.
