THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE CO-PILOTS WINDSCREEN WAS PRODUCING RT-HAND WINDOW HEAT FAIL AND FAULT INDICATIONS. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE ANTI-ICE CONTROLLER (P/N 90825-7 S/N 248) WAS DEFECTIVE. A SERVICEABLE CONTROLLER WAS INSTALLED AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE COMPLETED WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED AN "ADS-B FAIL" MESSAGE ON BOTH RTU UNITS AND "TCAS FAIL" MESSAGES ON MFD. WHEN USING BOTH RTS'S ON TRANSPONDER 1, RTU 2 SCREEN REVERTS TO DASHES "------". THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REMOVED THE NO1 COMMUNICATIONS UNIT AND INSTALLED REPAIRED COMMUNICATIONS UNIT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM ALSO REPLACED THE NO1 INTEGRATED NAVIGATION UNIT WITH A REPAIRED UNIT. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY.

DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE EVENT THE COCKPIT MUFFLER ASSEMBLY WAS FOUND SPLIT OPEN. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR REMOVED THE DAMAGED MUFFLER P/N 12845096-001 AND A NEW MUFFLER WAS INSTALLED. OPERATIONS CHECKS SATISFACTORY. NOTE: THIS IS A COMMON DAMAGE FINDING FOR THE COCKPIT MUFFLERS ON THE LEAR 45 AIRCRAFT.

ATA 2160

CREW EXPERIENCED A CABIN DUCT OVERHEAT WHILE EN ROUTE. PASSENGER COMPLAIN THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY. PASSENGER STATED IT WAS HOT IN THE CABIN. CREW SWITCHED TO THE ECS PAGE AND NOTICED THE TEMPERATURE WAS 84 DEGREES AND RISING TO 102 DEGREES. CREW FOLLOWED THE QRH CHECKLIST FOR THE CABIN DUCT OVERHEAT. QRH HAD THE CREW PULL BOTH BLEED CIRCUIT BREAKERS CAUSING A LOSE IN CABIN PRESSURIZATION. CREW THEN DECLARED AN EMERGENCY TO EXPEDITED A LANDING. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOT THE SYSTEM AND FOUND THE CABIN TEMP CONTROL VALVE WAS STUCK IN THE OPEN POSITION.
