DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION, FOUND LEFT ELEVATOR TORQUE TUBE ALL 8 RIVETS LOOSE AND SMOKING. THE RESULTS OF THESE LOOSE RIVETS CAUSES EXCESSIVE FREE PLAY OF THE ELEVATOR ASSEMBLE AND CAN CREATE ELEVATOR FLUDDER IN FLIGHT. (M)
