MLG BRAKE PRESSURE: FROM THE LEFT SEAT ON TAXI OUT THE BRAKES OPERATED NORMALLY. FROM THE RIGHT SEAT ON LANDING THE BRAKES FELT GRABBY AND INTERMITTENT. FROM THE LEFT SEAT ON TAXI IN THE BRAKES FELT LIKE THEY WERE SLIPPING AND GRINDING. COMPLIED WITH DOWNLOAD OF THE CMC AND FORWARDED TO THE CONTACT CENTER AS REQUESTED .. VISUALLY INSPECTED THE WHEELS AND BRAKES, NO DEFECTS NOTED. COMPLIED WITH A TAXI CHECK OF THE AIRCRAFT. TAXI CHECK AND BRAKE APPLICATIONS. AIR NORMAL. AT THIS TIME. 1/30/2025 REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BRAKE CONTROL UNIT WITH A TESTED BRAKE CONTROL UNIT. COMPLIED WITH OPS. CHECKS AS NEEDED. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. LANDING, WE NOTICED THE BRAKES WERE CATCHING AND CAUSING THE PLANE TO SHAKE. THE HARDER WE APPLIED THE BRAKES THE WORSE THE CATCHING AND SHAKING. CORRECTIVE ACTION: CARRIED OUT A GVL OF THE RH & LH MLG FOR LOOSE HYDRAULIC LINES AND LEAKS. COMPLIED WITH FLM 32-41-00-810-824-A, UNDESIRED YAW TENDENCY WITH BRAKES APPLIED. C/W GVI .OF BRAKE ASSEMBLIES, BRAKE WEAR PINS, MLG TIRES. C/W CHECK OF THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR FLUID LEVEL. CHECKED TIRES FOR EQUIVALENT WEAR. CHECKED GAP ON WOW SENSORS AND TARGETS. C/W NORMAL & EMERGENCY/PARKING BRAKE SYSTEMS - BLEEDING. NOTED SUBSTANTIAL AIR REMOVED FROM LH BRAKE WHEN BLEEDING NORMAL BRAKE LINES. TAXIED THE AIRCRAFT AT A SPEED OF 20 KTS AND BRAKED THE AIRCRAFT USING NORMAL AND PARKING/EMERGENCY BRAKES TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT MULTIPLE LIMES WITH NO ADVERSE BRAKING NOTED.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS ALL COME ON WHEN EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH IS SELECTED TO ARM REMOVED FAULTY NR 1 EMERGENCY BATTERY & INSTALLED NEW EMERGENCY BATTERY IAW AMM 33-52-011. PER MCC REQUEST, ALSO REMOVED NR 2 EMERGENCY BATTERY & INSTALLED NEW EMERGENCY BATTERY IAW AMM 33-52-01, ALL OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
PASSING THROUGH FL 380 YELLOW CAS BRK FAIL. COMPLETED BRK FAIL QRH. LANDED AND STOPPED PULLING THE PARKING BREAK LEVER AS PER THE QRH INSTRUCTIONS. REMOVED BRAKE CONTROL UNIT DUE TO "BRAKE FAULT" CAS MESSAGE. REMOVED BRAKE CONTROL UNIT. INSTALLED MODIFIED BRAKE CONTROL UNIT IAW MM 32-41-01. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AFTER STARTING THE RIGHT ENGINE WE RECEIVED AN AMBER EMER LT NOT ARM CAS MESSAGE, BUT THE SWITCH WAS IN THE ARMED POSITION. WE CYCLED IT OFF THEN BACK TO ARM AND THE MESSAGE EXTINQUISHED BUT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN THE CABIN ILLUMINATE AND WILL ONLY TURN OFF IN THE OFF POSITION ON THE SWITCH. DISCONNECTED THE GPU AND WITH SAME RESULT. REMOVED FAULTY FORWARD EMERG BATTERY, P/N 7450LS-OO, S/N 006539. IN~TALLED NEW FWD BATTERY OF SAME P/N, S/N 007007. REMOVED FAULTY AFT EMERGECY BATT. INSTALLED NEW AFT BATTERY . OPS CHECKS GOOD. CLOOSED UP FWD &AFT BATTERY ACCESS. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 33·52-01.
UPON LANDING ON A DRY RUNWAY AND INITIAL BRAKE APPLICATION NOTICED THE BRAKES WOULD GRAB AND RELEASE. WHEN WE SLOWED DOWN TO EXIT RUNWAY THE BRAKES KEPT GRABBING AND RELEASING AT TAXI SPEEDS AND EVEN AT SLOWER SPEEDS ON THE FBO RAMP ALL THE WAY DOWN TO A COMPLETE STOP. WHILE APPLYING BREAKS ON THE RAMP IT WOULD SHAKE THE PLANE NOTICEABLE. PERFORMED THE BRAKE, EMERGENCY BRAKE AND EMERGENCY BRAKE PRESSURE SWITCH BLEEDING. SERVICED THE SYSTEM TO APPROPRIATE LEVEL. PERFORMED TAXI CHECKS AND APPLIED FULL BRAKES. NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK DONE IAW PHENOM 300 AMM CH. 32-40-00, 32-43-05, AND 12-1 3-00.
TWO MAIN DOOR VISUAL GREEN INDICATORS MISSING WHEN THE MAIN CABIN DOOR IS LOCKED. TOP LEFT GREEN FLAG AND GREEN PIN INDICATOR, SECOND FROM THE TOP ON THE RIGHT WHEN THE DOOR IS CLOSED. GAINED ACCESS TOT HEA/C, CONFIRMED MAIN DOOR LOCKED VISUAL INDICATORS WERE MISSING, REMOVED MAIN DOOR AIRSTAIRS IAW AMM 52·14·00, PERFORMED GVI OF THE MAIN DOOR LOCK PINS, FOUND PINS TO BE COVERED WITH OLD GREASE PREVENTING THE GREEN INDICATORS TO BE SEEN, CLEANED LOCK PINS 1AW EMM 70-00·00, LUBRICATED MAIN DOOR LATCH PINS 1AW AMM 52·11·21, INSTALLED AIRSTAIRS, PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF MAIN DOOR. OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY. AIC IS BACK TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION,
STRONG VIBRATION FELT IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF AND CONTINUED UNTIL TOUCHDOWN. SMALL VIBRATION IN FLIGHT CONTROLS. GENERATOR INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. AFTER LANDING LAV CAP WAS FOUND LOOSE. COMPLIED WITH 05-50-27, AIRCRAFT NOISE AND VIBRATION INSPECTION, IAW AMM INSPECTED LAV CAP NLG MAIN LANDING GEAR AND WING TO FUSELAGE SEALS NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AT 6000 FT, DURING DESCENT, AIRPLANE WENT INTO EMERGENCY ELECTRICAL MODE. REMOVED & REPLACED GLC 1 & 2 WITH NEW UNITS IAW AMM 24-65-03, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED, GCU 1 WITH AN INSPECTED UNIT, GCU 2 WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT, IAW AMM 24-31-02, NO DEFECTS NOTED. CW OPS TEST OF THE ELECTRICAL EMERGENCY TRANSFER CIRCUIT, NO DEFECTS NOTED, IAW AMM 24-61-00. CW MAIN DC GENERATION OPS TEST, NO DEFECTS NOTED, IAW AMM 24-31-00. CW DC POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OPS TEST, NO DEFECTS NOTED, IAW AMM 24-61-00. CW GCU FT, NO DEFECTS NOTED, IAW AMM 24-31-02. CW MAIN BATTERY SYSTEM OPS TEST, NO DEFECTS NOTED, IAW AMM 24-36-00.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: ON PREFLIGHT, DURING LIGHTS CHECK, ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLASH WHEN EMERGENCY LIGHTS SELECTED ON. REMOVED FORWARD AND AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES. REPLACED FORWARD BATTERY WITH A NEW BATTERY. REPLACED AFT BATTERY WITH A INSPECTED/TESTED BATTERY. BOTH IAW EMB-505 AMM 33-52-01. OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY AND BOTH BATTERIES RECHARGED AFTER TESTING.
