NOTICED A WEIRD HUMMING AND NOTICABLE VIBRATION DESCENDING THROUGH FL300 AND CONTINUING OFF AND ON THROUGH 3000 FT. NOTICED IT WAS STRONGEST NEAR THE MIDDLE OF CABIN BELOW MIDDLE SEATS ON LT SIDE OF AIRPLANE. WAS STRONGER AT HIGHER AIRSPEEDS INSPECTED THE LATERAL PANEL SEALS, WING ROOT FILLET PANEL SEALS & FWD WING TO FUSELAGE FAIRING SEALS. NOTED A LOOSE PIECE OF SEALANT ON LT WING ROOT FILLET PANEL & LATERAL PANEL SEAL WHERE THEY MEET. ALSO NOTED LOWER CENTER WING TO FUSELAGE FAIRING SEAL WAS NOT SECURE TO PANEL IN ANY SPOT, EXCEPT ONE LUMP TOWARDS MIDDLE OF RTV BUILT UP TO FILL THE VOID. SEAL WAS ALSO SLIGHTLY WAVY. HIGHLY SUSPECT THIS WAS CULPRIT OF HUMMING NOISE. APPLIED NEW SEALANT ON LT WING ROOT FILLET PANEL & LATERAL PANEL SEAL WHERE THEY MEET. CLEANED UP ALL OLD RTV & RESEALED & SMOOTHED OUT THE LOWER CENTER SECTION FWD WING TO FUSELAGE FAIRING SEAL FWD WING TO FUSELAGE FAIRING SEAL RTV APPLICATION WC NO E50-53-0001 1 REV 2 DATED 07 AUG 2023. NO DEFECTS NOTED.

CMC DID NOT SHOW "CABIN ALTITUDE HI" CAS MESSAGE OR ANY FAULTS RELATED TO PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM. PER MCC PERFORMED INSPECTION OF THE ECMU AND ASSOCIATED WIRING. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED AUTOMATIC PRESSURIZATION CONTROL MODE OPS CHECK & MANUAL PRESSURIZATION CONTROL MODE OPS CHECK IAW MM 21-31-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. MAIN DOOR VISUAL INDICATOR: UPON #2 ENGINE START. THE MAIN CABIN DOOR WENT FROM CLOSED TO OPEN ON THE STATUS PAGE WITH A DOOR PAX OPEN WARNING MESSAGE. UPON INSPECTION OF THE MAIN CABIN DOOR, THE TOP RIGHT GREEN INDICATOR FLAG WAS MISSING WHILE THE CABIN DOOR HANDLE WAS FULLY SECURED. AFTER CYCLING THE DOOR FROM CLOSED TO OPEN, THE GREEN FLAG WAS STILL MISSING. AFTER SHUTTING DOWN THE ENGINE, CYCLING THE DOOR BROUGHT THE GREEN INDICATOR BACK INTO VIEW. THE GREEN INDICATOR FLAG MENTIONED IS ON THE TOP RIGHT OF THE DOOR ON THE STEP. SEE ATTACHED PICTURE FOR REFERENCE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: OPS CHECKS. COULD NO REPLICATED DEFECT. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED BRAKE BLEEDS IAW AMM 32-40-00-870-801. PERFORMED TAXI CHECK, NO GRAB FELT IN THE BRAKES.
