COMPLIED WITH SEVERAL OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR FROM BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE DOOR CLOSE SWITCHES JAW G·450 AMM 52-71-00, ALL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. CLOSED UP ACCESS TO RELAY AS REQUIRED. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED

EMERG EXIT DOOR: DURING TAXI IN TO KTUS FLIGHT ATTENDANT NOTICE THAT THE NOISE AROUND THE AIRPLANE RIGHT HAND AFT EMERGENCY EXIT WINDOW WAS UNUSUALLY LOUD. AFTER SHUTTING DOWN WE INVESTIGATED AND FOUND THE EXIT WINDOW TO BE UNSEATED AND STICKING IN TO THE CABIN. THE T-HANDLE HAS NOT BEEN PULLED AND IS STILL IN THE NORMAL POSITION. THERE WAS NO INDICATION IN THE COCKPIT. "CORRECTIVE ACTION" REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT EMERGENCY EXIT. TEE HANDLE WAS NOT SEATED INTO INDENTS. INSTALLED RIGHT AFT EMERGENCY EXIT IAW GULFSTREAM AMM 52-22-00. NO LEAKS NOTED.

TOWARDS THE END OF THE DAY WE FINALLY ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM FORWARD ALL FINDINGS TO TECH OPS AND PROVIDED SWITCH PART NUMBER TO MCC AS PER MCC REQUEST. WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM TECH OPS AND MCC. DOWN JACKED AIRCRAFT. REPLACED UP AND DOWN LOCK SWITCHES WITH NEW PN 1159SCAV515·1 IAW G450 MM 32·61-03. REMOVED OLD RH SIDE BRACE ACTUATOR PN:1159L41000·147 SN:A1401 DUE TO INTERNAL FAILURE. INSTALLED OVERHAULED ACTUATOR PN 1159L41000-147 SN 41GAC110 IAW G450 MM 32·14·01, PERFORMED LANDING GEAR CYCLING OPS TEST !AW G450 MM 32·00-00 AND TEST GOOD. SERVICED RESERVOIR AS REQUIRED AND BLED AIR FROM SYSTEM. NO ADJUSTMENT OR RIGGING PERFORMED

MLG BRAKE PRESSURE LOW PRESSURE - LEFT OUTBOARD DOES NOT ALWAYS INDICATE PRESSURE. THERE IS A REDUCTION OF BRAKE PRESSURE FELT AND EXCESSIVE PEDAL DEFLECTION TO ACHIEVE BRAKING POWER. TEMP ON OUTBOARD BRAKE SHOWS COOLER THAN THE INBOARD BRAKE ON THAT SIDE ALSO. WITH PARKING BRAKE ON IT SHOWS NORMAL PRESSURE. INSPECTED #1 BRAKE ASSY AND FOUND NO FAULTS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE WRITEUP SUSPECT AIR IN THE SYSTEM OF THE # BRAKE ASSY. BLED THE #1 BRAKE SYSTEM AND REMOVED A NOTICABLE AMOUNT OF BUBBLES. COMPLETE OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. WORK DONE WITH REFERENCE TO AMM 32-44-00

AT FL 410, DISTINCT ELECTRICAL FUMES WERE NOTICED IN FORWARD CABIN AREA AROUND SEATS 1, 2, 3, AND 4. NO SMOKE OBSERVED. FUMES DISSIPATED AFTER ALL MASTER SWITCHES WERE SWITCHED OFF. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, FUMES WERE BRIEFLY APPARENT AROUND DIVAN AND CONFERENCE TABLE. POWERED UP AIRCRAFT NUMEROUS TIME WITH ALL CABIN MASTERS "ON" FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD. INSPECTED FOR SIGNS OF FUMES OR BURN AREAS, NO SIGNS OBSERVED. WITH AIR CREW PRESENT RAN BOTH RT AND LT ENGINES, POWERED UP ALL CABIN ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS, CABIN LIGHTS, PHONE, INTERNET, AND ALL GALLEY SYSTEMS. NO FUMES OBSERVED.
