RIGHT ENGINE ENGINE HARDWARE: ON DESCENT THE RIGHT ENGINE MOMENTARILY LOST POWER, SHUTTERED, AND THE IGNITER CAME ON. THE PROBLEM MAY HAVE OCCURRED EARLIER DURING CLIMB OUT BUT WAS MISSED DIAGNOSED AS TURBULENCE. BUT THE IGNITER DID COME ON TWICE DURING THE FLIGHT WITH A SHUTTER IN THE RIGHT ENGINE. ALL INDICATIONS DURING THE OCCURRENCE WHERE NORMAL. I.E. OIL PRESSURE, TEMP, ETC. AND NO CMC FAULT NOTED. WE DID PUSH THE EVENT BUTTON AFTER THE OCCURRENCE. // SIGNOFF // PERFORMED BORESCOPE OF STAGE 7 HP COMPRESSOR IN REF WITH THE G450 AMM, CH. 72-00-00 AND FOUND MISSING BLADE WITH CORRESPONDING DOMESTIC FOD DAMAGE. FOUND THE FORWARD LAVATORY VACUUM WASTE TUBE CLAMP TO BE CONTACTING THE UPPER WING PLANK DURING COMPLIANCE WITH CUSTOMER BULLETIN 206. DISSEMBLED VACUUM TUBE FOR ACCESS, BLENDED OUT CHAFED/CORRODED AREA. PERFORMED NDT AND REPORTED TO GULFSTREAM FOR REPAIR DISPOSITION. CLEANED, ALODINED, AND PRIMED BLENDED REPAIR AREA. REASSEMBLE VACUUM TUBE AND VERIFIED CLEARANCE OF THE WIGGINS COUPLING AND FOUND TO BE ABOVE THE .10" REQUIREMENT.
FLAPS FAILED TO RETRACT AFTER DEPARTURE. AMBER "FLAPS FAIL" AND BLUE " FLAP/STAB MAINTENCE REQUIRED" CAS MESSAGES. IN THE LEFT AND RIGHT WHEEL WELLS MANUALLY ROTATED LEFT AND RIGHT FLAP DRIVE SHAFTS NOTING LEFT FLAP IS JAMMED AND RIGHT FLAP NOT JAMMED. VISUALLY INSPECTED FLAPS, FLAP ROLLERS AND FLAP TRACKS WITH NO DEFECTS. DURING INSPECTIONS THE LEFT INBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR JAMMED. LEFT ELEVATOR NR 4 HINGE HAS CORROSION IN BORE AND BEARING ON ELEVATOR ATTACH POINT SIDE COMING OUT OF FITTING. REPAIRED.
NR 2 ELEVATOR HINGE CORRODED INSIDE BORE.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL, APPROX 70 KIAS WITH POWER IN FLEX, AMBER RIGHT BLEED PRESSURE HIGH, CAS MSG ILLUMINATED. BLEED AIR PARAMETERS AT ABORT NOT NOTED. HOWEVER, AT IDLE ENG POWER AFTER, LT BLEED PRESS, 13 PSI, LT BLEED TEMP 137 & RT BLEED PRESS 14 PSI, RT BLEED TEMP 197 FALLING TO 181. AFTER SHUTDOWN WITH APU BLEED AIR ON, LT BLEED TEMP FELL TO 127, RT BLEED TEMP CLIMBED TO 330.
30 MIN AFTER TAKEOFF, NOTICED RT BRAKE TEMP AT 192C, TEMP CONTINUED TO RISE TO A PEAK TEMP TO 416C. AT 230C BLUE MSG "BRAKE MAINT REQUIRED" CAME ON, FOLLOWED CHECK LIST PROCEDURES AND LANDED FOR MX. ALSO, HAD BURNED RUBBER ODOR IN CABIN. FOUND FAULTY NR 3 BRAKE TEMP SENSOR. R & R WITH NEW SENSOR AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW CMP 324112 AND AMM 32-47-00, REV 12/31/11.
AFTER TAKEOFF, DURING FLAP RETRACTION, CREW RECEIVED A STAB FAIL CASS MESSAGE.
