DISCREPANCY: AIR RETURN DUE TO MULTIPLE FAILURES. #4 ENGINE OVERHEAT ON TAKE-OFF. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED INSPECTION FOR OVERHEAT INDICATIONS IAW AMM 72-00-00-286-064-00. REFERENCED AUTO SNAP SHOT, ALL PARAMETERS WITHIN LIMITS. TRANSFERRED ENGINE 4 TO WATCH CARRY OVER 25405, 20 CYCLES DUE.
DISCREPANCY: HIGH EGT DURING CLIMB. POWER REDUCED, EGT REMAINS WITHIN LIMITS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED UPR AND LWR EGT HARNESS IAW B747 AMM 77-21-02. REMOVED AND REPLACED FOUR EGT PROBES IAW B747 AMM 77-21-01.
HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SYSTEM 1 AND HYDRAULIC QUANTITY LOW 1 EICAS CAME ON SOON AFTER TAKE-OFF. REMOVED AND REPLACED NLG DOOR ACTUATOR IAW AMM 32-34-14-404-02. OPS AND LEAKS CHECK GOOD. SERVICED #1 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM IAW AMM 12-12-01-603-001, LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
