DURING COLD WORK OF THE MLG TRUNNION LOWER FLANGES FOUND 2 EA OVERSIZED HOLES AND ONE MISSING HOLE FROM FACTORY. REPAIRED EACH OVERSIZED HOLES AND TREATED MISSING HOLE IAW REO 601R-57-21-1759 REV A, 601R-57-21-1758.
APU AFT HEATSHIELD HAS 6 PULLED THRU SCREWS. REPAIRED 6 SCREW HOLES ON APU AFT HEATSHIELD IAW BOMBARDIER REO 601R-49-81-160.
REFERENCE ROUTINE DMI 53252-3000-0046- TEMPORARY REPAIR TO THE HORZ STAB RIGHT O/B BUSHING BORE. PERFORM PERMANENT REPAIR AS REQUIRED. REMOVED AND REPLACED STAB RIGHT BORE BUSHINGS AND VERT BUSHING HORZ LUGS REMOVED & FIRST OVERSIZED.
LAST SECTION OF CARGO BAY TIE DOWN TRACK ON LBL 9 IS CORRODED. REMOVED UNSERVICEABLE TIE DOWN TRACK AND REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE TIE DOWN TRACK IAW CRJ 200 AMM 53-01-11.
LEFT O/B FLAP ROLLER GUIDE MOUNT STRUCTURE IS CHAFING THE AFT WING. BLENDED DAMAGE TO SMOOTH CONTOUR IAW BOMBARDIER REO 601R-57-53-950.
REF ROUTINE DMI 53252-5000-0051 TEMPORARY REPAIR TO THE LEFT AILERON L/E PERFORM PERMANENT REPAIR AS REQUIRED. REMOVED DAMAGED SKIN AND INSTALLED NEW SERVICEABLE L/E SKIN IAW CRJ 200 SRM 51-42-21, 51-42-06.

BLENDED DAMAGE ON RIGHT I/B FLAP VANE LEADING EDGE FOUND CENTER AND AFT LEADING EDGE TO BE WITHIN LIMITS IAW REO 601R-57-52-004 REV C. REPLACED I/B LEADING EDGE WITH NEW SERVICEABLE LEADING EDGE IAW CRJ 200 SRM 51-40-11 & 51-42-13.

LEFT HORIZONTAL STABLILIZER HEAT BLANKET SHEARED, BURNING A .6250 INCH HOLE IN THE LEADING EDGE OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER 5 INCHES OUTBOARD FROM THE INBOARD EDGE. (X)
ON CLIMB-OUT AT 44,000 FEET, THE LT ENGINE FLAMED OUT. RESTARTED ENGINE AND UPON LANDING, MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE LEFT ENGINE INLET, COMPRESSOR BLADES, TURBINE BLADES, INLET GUIDE VANES, INLET GUIDE VANE RIGGING, T-2 HOSE, AND P-3 LINE. FOUND P-3 LINE LOOSE. TIGHTENED P-3 LINE.
