FOUND VACUUM WASTE TUBE CLAMP TO BE CONTACTING UPPER WING PLANK DURING COMPLIANCE WITH CUSTOMER BULLETIN 206. REMOVED PRIMER IN CHAFED AREA AND PERFORMED NDT AND REPORTED FOR REPAIR DISPOSITION. APPLIED ALODINE AND PRIMER TO REPAIR AREA PER GULFSTREAM W/O INSTRUCTIONS. REMOVED WASHER/SPACERS AT SADDLE CLAMP TO OBTAIN PROPER CLEARANCE OF VACUUM WASTE TUBE AND WING PLANK BETWEEN F.S. 321.50 AND F.S. 345.875.

ON DEPARTURE, MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, FOLLOWED BY AMBER ANTI SKID FAIL CASS, AMBER STEER BY WIRE FAIL CASS, AMBER WOW FAULT, BLUE CASS WOW FAIL, WOW INDICATED BOTH MAINS WERE IN AMBER GROUND MODE, NOSE GEAR IN NORMAL AIR MODE CMB WOW INDICATED AMBER GROUND MODE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT & RT MAIN LANDING GEAR ANTI SKID BRAKE TEMP HARNESSES IAW CMP 321601 & 321602. REMOVED AND REPLACED 112K15 & 112K16 RELAYS IAW WDM 32-44-00. REMOVED ANTI SKID CONTROL UNIT, COMPLIED WITH TOUCHDOWN PROTECTION FUNCTIONAL VERIFICATION IAW GIVX-TS-32047.0, REINSTALLED IAW CMP 3242041. PERFORMED ANTI SKID AND GEAR FUNCTIONAL CHECKS IAW CMP 324700, 324203, 323900, 323906. OPS CHECKED GOOD.

PERFORMED LT HYD RESERVOIR SHUTOFF VALVE OPERATIONAL TEST LAW CMP 3230009. PERFORMED HYD SYS SERVICING LAW CMP 122901, PERFORMED MLG CYCLING OPERATIONAL TEST LAW CMP 323906. PERFORMED MLG EMERGENCY EXTENSION SYS FUNCTIONAL CHECK LAW CMP 323901. PERFORMED SERVICED EMERGENCY BLOW DOWN BOTTLE LAW CMP 123207. PERFORMED FLUSH OF EMERGENCY GEAR SYS LINES LAW MM 32-39-00. LEAK & OPS CHECKED GOOD, OK FOR SERVICE.

WORK COMPLETED IAW CCMH 31-16-00. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF SYS IAW CCMH 31-16-00. COMPLIED WITH CMP 233007 AND 233008.
