MLG BRAKE PRESSURE: AFTER TAKEOFF, OBSERVED RIGHT OUTBOARD PRESSURE @ 400PSI WITH OTHER 3 BRAKE INDICATORS AT ZERO. ALL 4 BRAKES INDICATED NORMAL COLD TEMP. RIGHT OUTBOARD PRESSURE INDICATION CONTINUED TO RISE THROUGHOUT FLIGHT TO 1200PSI ON LANDING AND 2800PSI AT SHUTDOWN. DECLARED EMERGENCY, MADE A FIRM LANDING, NO DRAGGING BRAKE NOTED. TAXI'D TO RAMP NORMALLY. ALL BRAKE TEMPS NORMAL THROUGHOUT. // SIGNOFF // DUE TO RIGHT OUTBOARD BRAKE ISSUE, MX CONTROL REQUESTED TO REPLACE RIGHT OUTBOARD BRAKE TRANSMITTER. GAIN ACCESS AND REPLACED RIGHT OUTBOARD BRAKE TRANSMITTER ISSUE STILL PRESENT, CONTINUE TROUBLESHOOTING AND FOUND A BROKEN WIRE OUT FROM GROUND STUD E3043G CAUSING A FLICKING RED X INDICATION AND BRAKE PRESSURE MAX OUT TO 3,000 PSI, REPAIRED WIRE, NO RED X OR MAX OUT OVER 3,000 PSI INDICATION AT THIS TIME JUST 7S0 PSI APROX OF BRAKE PRESSURE INDICATION ON RIGHT OUTBOARD BRAKE. REMOVED WLRE FROM GROUND STUD E3026A, ALL INDICATION WENT AWAY WHERE WAS CAUSING THE HIGH RESISTANT AND SHOWING THE READING OF 750 PSI APROX, TROUBLESHOOTING NOW FROM THE GROUND WIRE E3026A TO THE CANON PLUG ATTACHED TO THE PRESSURE TRANSMITTER, REF, GULFSTREAM G450 AMM CHAPTER 32-46·07 AND WDM CHAPTER 32-44â¢0D FIGURE 1 SHEET 3 OF 3. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING, GAIN ACCESS UPPER ON THE RIGHT MLG WHEEL WELL, OPENED A BUNDLE OF WIRE AND FOUND A BROKEN WIRE BETWEEN OUTBOARD BRAKE TRANSMITTER CANON PLUG AND INBOARD BRAKE TRANSMITTER CANON PWG, REPAIRED WIRE AND ALL CHECK GOOD, CLOSED ALL ACCESS PERFORMED SEVERAL OPEARTIONAL BRAKES PRESSURE CHECK WITH SATISFACTOIRES RESULTS; REF, GULFSTREAM 32-46-07 AND WDM CHAPTER 32·44-00 FIGURE 1 SHEET 3 OF 3,
FLOOR EMERG EXIT LIGHT: UPON PREFLIGHT, DISCOVERED ALL FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS UNDER SEATS 10 AND 12 IN THE CABIN INOP. // SIGNOFF // VERIFIED THE WRITE-UP. TIS THE SECTION 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM DOWN TO AN INOP EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK. WAITED FOR THE EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK DUE TO THE DELIVERY TIME CHANGE FROM 1530L TO 23:00L. GAINED ACCESS AND REMOVE THE EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK PN: 2013-1 A, SN: 499469 DUE TO INTERNAL FAILURE. INSTALLED A REPAIRED EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK PN: 2013-1A, SN: 506373. CHARGED THE EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS WITH GPU FOR 1.5HRS. PERFORMED OPS CHECK AND OPS CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY, CLOSED ACCESS AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO ITS RTS CONFIGURATION. WORK PERFORMED IRW CMM PART NUMBER 100865 33-21-70.

DURING MAIN LANDING GEAR SPONSON BORE (RIGHT) - STRUCTURAL INSPECTION FOUND FWD BORE PITTED AFTER REMOVAL OF BEARING.
BOTH LT AND RT BRAKES ARE GRABBY, THE RT BRAKE HAS HIGH PEDAL BREAKOUT FORCES CAUSING A JUMP IN INDICATED PRESSURE FROM 0 TO 250 POUNDS WITH BREAKS APPLIED PULLS TO THE RT HAVE TO MODULATE BREAKING TO KEEP THE ACFT STRAIGHT. INSPECTED THE BREAKS NO FLUID OR OTHER ISSUES NOTED. WEAR PINS ON THE RT ARE AT LEAST .5 EXTENDED. FEELS LIKE THE PEDDLE LINKAGE NEEDS CLEANING AND LUBING. HEAVY BREAKING SEEMS TO WORK BETTER, LIGHT BREAKING WHILE AT TAXI SPEED VERY DIFFICULT TO BE SMOOTH. REMOVED FAULTY INBD AND OTBD BRAKE METERING VALVES AND INSTALLED 2 O/H BRAKE METERING VALVES IAW MM 32-44-05. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
DURING TAXI FOR TAKEOFF SMOKE STARTED COMING OUT OF CONVECTION OVEN. ACFT WAS STOPPED IN HOLDING AREA, AND OVEN WAS TURNED OFF AND SMOKE WAS EVACUATED FROM CABIN BY OPENING BAGGAGE DOOR.
