THEN THEY PERFORMED EXTENSION AND RETRACTION OF THE LANDING GEAR TO VERIFY ADJUSTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SAAB MAINTENANCE MANUAL. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
