TWENTY-SIX HOURS AFTER INSTALLING A TCM OVERHAULED ENGINE, STARTER ADAPTER FAILED. INSPECTION SHOWED THAT SPRING CLUTCH FAILED AND WAS UNCOILING INTO ENGINE ACC CASE.
