AFTER LANDING THE BRAKES WERE INEFFECTIVE, TURNED OFF ANTISKID AND BRAKES WORKED, ANTI SKID FAIL NEVER ILLUMINATED. DRAINED AND SERVICED BRAKE SYS, OPS CHECK GOOD.
AS ACFT CROSS THE COASTLINE ON THE APPROACH FOR 10L THE CAPTAIN SIDE WINDSHIELD CRACKED. THE INNER WINDOW PANE MADE NUMEROUS CRACK LINES BUT STAYED INTACT. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, RECEIVED PRIORITY AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. R & R CAPTAINS WINDSHIELD.
DURING SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSP DISCOVERED LT WING INBD EDGE PANEL CORROSION AND DEBOND. REMOVED DAMAGE AND INSTALLED A FILLER AND AN EXTERNAL DOUBLER REPAIR.

AFTER TAKEOFF LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, J HOOK, MANUALLY OVERRIDE GEAR STILL WOULD NOT RETRACT. RETURNED TO PBI. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED RT MLG DOWNLOCK SWITCH AND SQUAT SWITCH HARNESS. RIGGED LANDING GEAR. EXTENSION AND RETRACTION OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
FLIGHT: 9265 MHH/PBI - ON STATIC TAKEOFF, AS ADVANCING POWER TO 1,000 LBS OF TORQUE, HEARD LOUD BANG AND RIGHT ENGINE SEIZED OPERATION. ABORTED TAKEOFF. REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE. OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL. SUSPECT 2ND STAGE PT BLADE FAILURE.

FLIGHT: 6002 PBI/ASD DURING CLIMB RIGHT ENGINE FIRE EXTINGUISHER DISCHARGE INDICATOR FLICKERED. RETURNED TO PBI LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPAIRED BROKEN WIRE AND REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE FIRE BOTTLE OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
FLIGHT:9220 PBI/TPA DURING APPROACH TCAS FAILED FOLLOWED BY FUMES IN THE COCKPIT. REPLACE THE LEFT IVSI/TCAS INDICATOR, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
DURING AN (I) CHECK INSPECTION THE UPPER AND LOWER HORIZONTAL SPAR CAPS WERE FOUND WITH CORROSION IN THE AREA OF THE ELEVATOR HINGES. THIS AREA WAS NOT TREATED OR PRIMED BY THE FACTORY DURING AC MANUFACTURE AND THUS WAS CONDUCIVE TO CORROSION. THIS IS CONSIDEREED TO BE AFACTORY DEFECT REQUIRING INSPECTION, CORROSION CONTROL AND REPAIRS IAW MFG FIELD REPAIR DETAILS.
