RUDDER FORWARD SKIN CRACKED JUST BELOW UPPER HINGE POINT. THIS ACTS AS THE FORWARD RUDDER SPAR. SKIN (SPAR) WAS CRACKED ON BOTH SIDES, AND CRACKS EXTENDED HORIZONTALLY FROM THE LIGHTENING HOLE TO THE BEND RADIUS.
