REMOVED PANEL AT FLAP OUTBOARD HINGE AREA. INSPECTED AFT CABLE FOR WEAR WHERE IT GOES OVER ANTI-CHAFE BOX. THIS IS SECOND AIRCRAFT THAT AILERON CABLE WAS FOUND FRAYED AT THIS POINT.
