PIC REPORTED SPARKS AND SMALL AMOUNTS OF SMOKE EMITTING FROM OVERHEAD C/B PANEL DURING THE APPROACH PHASE OF THE FLIGHT. SUBSEQUENT TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED A BROKEN GROUND WIRE MAKING INTERMITTENT CONTACT WITH A 28V BUS BAR. NO SECONDARY INDICATIONS OR FAILURES WERE NOTED BY THE PIC AND THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT THE HOME BASE OF OPERATIONS.
ON SHORT FINAL ILS RWY05 KOAJ THE #2 ENGINE "FIRE"LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOR 10-15 SECONDS THEN WENT OUT. NO VISIBLE SMOKE OR SECONDARY INDICATIONS WERE NOTED BY THE PILOT OR CREW. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT BASE OF OPERATION AND SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION BY MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL CONFIRMED FALSE INDICATION. TROUBLESHOOTING BY MAINTENANCE REVEALED INTERMITTENTLY SHORTING #2 ENGINE FIRE DETECTOR. MAINTENANCE REPLACED DEFECTIVE FLAME DETECTOR AND PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK WHICH WAS FOUND SATISFACTORY.
3/11/2020 AT 2035 - ON FINAL APPROACH TO REFERRING HOSPITAL #2 ENGINE FIRE CAUTION INDICATION ILLUMINATED ON AIRCRAFT WARNING UNIT. NO SECONDARY INDICATIONS WERE NOTED. POST FLIGHT INSPECTION CONFIRMED FALSE INDICATION.
3/4/2020 AT 1408 - ON SHORT FINAL TO KOAJ ILS RWY05... THE #2 ENGINE "FIRE" LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOR ABOUT 15 SECONDS. NO VISIBLE SMOKE OR SECONDARY INDICATIONS WAS NOTED BY THE CREW. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT THE BASE OF OPERATION WITH SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION CONFIRMED NO FIRE WAS PRESENT. TROUBLESHOOTING BY MAINTENANCE REVEALED TERMINAL CORROSION OF THE FIRE DETECTOR WAS AT FAULT FOR THE FALSE FIRE INDICATION.
IN CRUISE FLIGHT AT 1500 FEET AGL THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A BIRD STRIKE THAT RESULTED WITH A LEFT CHIN BUBBLE WINDOW DEGRADED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS INSPECTED FOR FURTHER DAMAGE WITH NONE FOUND.
CRACK FOUND INSIDE THE TAIL BOOM CONE
ODOR OF BURNING INSULATION DETECTED IN CABIN. NO SMOKE PRESENT. CHECKED FOR TRIPPED CIRCUIT BREAKERS. NONE FOUND. RECYCLED/RESET BOTH GENERATORS TO CHECK LOAD ON EACH. NO PROBLEMS DETECTED AND RESTORED BOTH GENERATORS. CONTINUED TO FINAL LANDING AT BASE AND TURNED AIRCRAFT OVER TO MECHANIC FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. AIRCRAFT OPERATED ON GROUND WITH BOTH ENGINES RUNNING AND BOTH GENERATORS OPERATING IN A ELECTRICALLY LOADED CONDITION. NO ODOR NOTED, SYSTEMS OPERATED NORMALLY. OPERATED ELECTRICAL/ AVIONICS USING GROUND POWER FOR GREATER THAN ONE HOUR, NO ODOR NOTED. CABIN CEILING LIGHTS FOUND INOPERATIVE. FOUND CABIN LIGHT RELAY IN A FAILED CONDITION. DEACTIVATED CABIN LIGHTS IAW MEL. NEW RELAY ON ORDER.
FUEL ODOR NOTICEABLE AFTER TAKEOFF. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED BELLY, SUMP DRAINS, AND DRAIN PORTS, FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF LEAKS. ALSO, THE MECHANIC INSPECTED BOTH ENGINES FOR EVIDENCE OF FUEL LEAKS, FOUND NONE. MAINTENANCE OPERATIONAL CHECK SHOWED NO LEAKS DURING OPERATION OR ODORS DURING FLIGHT.
PRESSURE TRANSMITTER, LEAKING BEYOND SERVICEABLE LIMITS. REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.

UNIT INOPERATIVE, N2 TRIM ON NR 1 ENGINE DOES NOT WORK. REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
AFTER SERVICING THE GEARBOX AND ON FIRST RUN THE PILOT NOTICED A CHIP LIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SHUTDOWN AND THE GEARBOX INSPECTED. UPON REMOVING THE OIL SITE GLASS THE MECHANIC NOTICED BLACK MATERIAL AND VER SMALL SPECKS OF SHINY METALLIC PARTICLES IN THE OIL. THE GEARBOX WAS FLUSHED TWICE AND EACH TIME THE PILOT RECEIVED A CHIP LIGHT. GEARBOX REMOVED FROM SERVICE DUE TO METAL CONTAMINATION AND REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
