DURING INSPECTION AT RMO. STATION 192 FRAME CRACKED ON THE AFT FACE UPPER LEFT SIDE. REPLACED FRAME AT STATION 192 P/N 206-032-305-127. REPAIRS WILL BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH BHT-ALL-SRM.
DURING INSPECTION, AIRCRAFT WAS FOUND TO HAVE CORROSION, ON AFT FUSELAGE, THAT REQUIRED REPAIR. CONTACTED TO OBTAIN REPAIR DRAWING AND INSTRUCTIONS. SENDING TWO TECHNICIANS TO ASSIST IN REPAIRS. AFT FUSELAGE IS REPAIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH BHT-ALL-SRM AND BHT-PSE REPAIR ORDER SFRG-19RL-004.
DURING INSPECTION, AIRCRAFT WAS FOUND TO HAVE CORROSION, ON AFT FUSELAGE THAT REQUIRED REPAIR. MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED TO OBTAIN REPAIR DRAWING AND INSTRUCTIONS. TWO TECHNICIANS WERE SENT TO ASSIST IN REPAIRS. AFT FUSELAGE IS REPAIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SRM AND PSE REPAIR ORDER SFRG-19RL-004.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT THE PASSENGERS IN THE AFT CABIN REPORTED TO THE PILOT SMELLING SOMETHING BURNING AND THEN REPORTED SMOKE IN THE AFT CABIN AREA. PILOT PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING IN AN UNIMPROVED AREA DUE TO REMOTE LOCATION OF AIRCRAFT AT THAT TIME. DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT FOUND THAT THE MEDICAL SUCTION PUMP CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS TRIPPED AND WOULD NOT RESET AND UPON FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND THE VACUUM PUMP TO HAVE BEEN THE CAUSE OF THE BURNING ODOR AND SMOKE ACCUMULATION. VACUUM PUMP INSTALLED.
NUMBER 2 TAIL ROTOR DRIVE SHAFT FOUND TO HAVE PITTING & A WEAR STEP ON COUPLING SPLINES.
NUMBER 3 TAIL ROTOR DRIVESHAFT FOUND TO HAVE ADAPTER NUT BELOW MINIMUM TORQUE.
