DURING MX THE EMERGENCY LIGHT FLOOR PROXIMITY STRIP ROW 22A TO 24A WAS DISCOVERED INOP. MX PLACED ON MEL. ON 7/24/19 MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LIGHT STRIP WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED FUMES AND VAPOR/MINOR SMOKE IN CABIN IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE #2 AIR CYCLE MACHINE. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.

TYS A/C IS IN C-CHECK WHEN INSPECTION FOUND FUSELAGE CORRODED UNDER THE RA ANTENNA BETWEEN FRAMES 69 AND 70 AND STR 21L AND 21R. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A DOUBLER ON THE FUSELAGE BELOW THE RA ANTENNA AT FRAMES 69 AND 70 IAW SRM 53-00-23. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE CHECK.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE RIGHT SIDE OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS DISCOVERED INOPERATIVE. MX RE-SEATED CANON PLUG AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH GOOD RESULT. A/C WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX INSPECTION, THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FROM ROWS 3 TO 7 WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE INVERTER NR 3. OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING MX INSPECTION, THE MAIN CABIN DOOR, EXIT, OVERHEAD ROW 3, AND FWD LEFT WING EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND INOPERATIVE. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY. OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING C-CK FR 75 FUSELAGE SKIN IS CRACKED BTW STR 1R-2R. REPAIRED FR 75 SKIN AT STR 1-2R BY CUTTING DAMAGE AND INSTALLING A FILLER AND DOUBLER IAW SRM 53-31-01. AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING C-CK STRINGER 2L IS CRACKED AT FR 75. REPAIRED STRINGER 2L IAW SRM 53-00-03 TABLE 202. AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE FORWARD CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY AND BATTERY ASSY IAW AMM 33-50-04. THE LIGHTS OPERATIONALLY CHECKED GOOD. THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE THE LT WING EXTERNAL FORWARD EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD.
ON APPROACH AT 5000 FT PILOTED REPORTED THE NOSE GEAR DOORS OPENED AND REMAINED OPEN WITH THE GEAR LEVER IN THE UP POSITION. MAINTENANCE R & R THE NOSE GEAR DOOR SOLENOID VALVE WITH OPS CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHT STRIPS WERE NOT ILLUMINATING DURING A TEST. MAINTENANCE R & R THE NR 6 EMERGENCY LIGHT DC/AC INVERTER, OPERATIONALLY TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED AFTER STARTING APU, RECEIVED A STRONG FUEL ODOR IN COCKPIT, WHICH DISSIPATED. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE APU BLEED VALVE. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING MX INSPECTION THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS. MX R & R THE NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHT SYS BATTERY PACK, OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTED A SUSPECTED FUEL LEAK, ENGINE NR 2, FUEL PPH AT CRUISE SET SIMILAR, YET TANK NR 2 INDICATOR SHOWED TANK NR 2 FUEL USAGE WAS MUCH GREATER. AFTER INSPECTION MX FOUND A BROKEN FLAP VALVE IN NR 2 FUEL TANK AND R & R WITH LEAK CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED FUEL LEAKING FROM THE RT WING AFTER TAKEOFF ALONG WITH FUEL IMBALANCE. CREW PERFORMED UNEVENFUL AIR RETURN. MX R & R THE RT WING FLAPPER VALVE WITH LEAK CHECK GOOD. ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
THE CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN, APPROX 2 MINUTES AFTER SELECTING ENGINE BLEEDS, WITH A SMELL BEING IMMEDIATELY NOTICEABLE. THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX INSPECTED THE ACFT, PERFORMED GROUND RUNS OF THE ENGINES, ALL WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, AND UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY, AND THE ACFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

DURING C-CHECK, THE RIGHT HAND UPPER COWLING INTERNAL AFT STIFFENER WAS FOUND TO BE GOUGED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFFECTED STIFFENER IAW EMB 145 SRM 54-10-01. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

DURING C-CHECK STRINGER 19 RIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE GOUGED BETWEEN FRAMES 52 AND 53. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE DAMAGED AREA AND PERFORMED A DOUBLER REPAIR IAW EMB 145 SRM 53-24-02. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED, LANDING GEAR AURAL WARNING REPEATEDLY WHEN LANDING GEAR RETRACTED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP SELECTOR HANDLE IAW EMB 145 MM 27-53-03 AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. GEAR SWING PERFORMED AND OPS CHECKED GOOD REFERENCE EMB145 MM 32-32-00. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CREW NOTED THAT THE FLAPS FAILED IN FLIGHT, DECLARED EMERGENCY, DID AN EMERGENCY DESCENT AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE CREW CONTACTED MAINTENANCE CONTROL, PERFORMED FLAP RESET, OPS CHECK GOOD.
INBOUND, PILOT REPORTED A FLAP FAIL MESSAGE. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH THE FLAPS AT ZERO WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE RESET THE FLAP SYSTEM, PERFORMED A OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE FLAP SYSTEM, NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS APPROVED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT NR 2678, THE CREW REPORTED AT 28000 FT, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO SHAKE AND THE NR 1 ENGINE N1 EXCEEDED 103 PERCENT. THE NR 1 ITT WAS AT LEAST 940 DEGRESS. THE CAPTAIN REDUCED THRUST TO IDLE WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THE ENGINE. THE CREW SHUT DOWN THE NR 1 ENGINE AND DIVERTED. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 FUEL PUMP METERING UNIT AND BOTH 1A AND 1B FADEC'S. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD ON THE GROUND.THE AIRCRAFT WAS TEST FLOWN WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. 1A FADEC P/N 23074001 S/N BX160136 1B FADEC P/N 23074001 S/N BX160138
