RELAY REPLACED WITH SECOND NEW STARTER. SUBMITTER SUGGESTS MANUFACTURERS INSTALL WARNING LIGHT IN STARTER POWER CIRCUIT TO ALERT PILOT WHEN UNIT IS ENERGIZED. PILOT CANNOT TELL IF POWER IS REACHING STARTER MOTOR, OTHERWISE.
