ENGINE REMOVED DUE TO A TURBINE NR 5 BEARING UPGRADE. THE NR 5 BEARING EXHIBITED SPALLING AT OUTER RACE SPLIT. INSTALLED A NEW NR 5 BEARING.
ENGINE REMOVED 8-12-15 DUE TO OVERTORQUE. REPLACED TURBINE NR 5 BEARING DUE TO DEEP SCRATCHES ON BALLS AND POSSIBLE SPALLING ON BEARING OUTER RACE. INSTALLED NEW NR 5 BEARING. PART WILL BE RETURNED TO MFG FOR FURTHER EVALUATION.
TURBINE REMOVED FOR OVERHAUL 11-28-14 AND GEARBOX DISASSEMBLED DUE TO METAL ON CHIP PLUGS. PTO BALL BEARING EXHIBITS SEVERELY SPALLING BALLS. SCRAPPED PART AND REPLACED WITH NEW.
TURBINE NR 5 BEARING SPALLING ON OUTER RACE AT SPLIT. REPLACE WITH NEW.
TURBINE REMOVED FOR OVERHAUL ON 11-28-14. REMOVED THIRD STAGE WHEEL FOR INSPECTION IAW PMI-D0035. WHEEL FAILED INSPECTION. SCRAP PART AND REPLACE WITH NEW. PART WILL BE SUBMITTED TO MFG FOR WARRANTY REIMBURSEMENT.
FWD ROOF SKIN FOUND CORRODED COMMON TO THE SERVO COWLING HINGE AND NUTPLATE INSTALLATION. THE REPAIR DOCUMENTATION WILL BE SUBMITTED TO A STRUCTURAL FAA-DER FOR APPROVAL. THE FORWARD ROOF SKIN WILL THEN BE REPAIRED IAW THE FAA-APPROVED REPAIR DATA.
FUEL PRESS AMP INDICATOR INTERNAL LIGHTS TOO DIM TO SEE INSTRUMENTS. TO BE SENT TO MFG FOR CREDIT.
