DURING TAXI, FO INTERCOM INOP. UNABLE TO TRANSMIT. RETURNED TO GATE (BTB). F/O MASK WAS DISTURBED DURING PRE-FLIGHT CHECKLIST. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW B767 35-11-00. F/O AUDIO PANEL OPS CHECK PER AMM 23-51-00 B767. A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING TAXI, FLIGHT DECK TEMP CATION MESSAGE AFT & FWD TEMP AND INOP LIGHTS APPEARED ACFT RETURNED TO THE GATE (BTB) AND MTX GROUNDED ACFT .TROUBLE SHOT AND PRFORMED ZONE TEMP BITE PROCEEDURE IAW FIM. 21-61 FT 912. OPS CHECK GOOD LIGHTS EXTINGUSHED . ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE .
ON FLIGHT 99 FROM ICN TO ANC, TEN MINUTES INTO THE FLIGHT, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED A HIGH ENGINE VIBRATION ON #2 ENGINE, FOLLOWED BY RELATED FIRE WARNING. THE CREW PROCEEDED TO DISCHARGE BOTH FIRE BOTTLES AND PERFORMED EMERGENCY PROCEDURES, RETURNING TO ICN AND LANDING WITH SINGLE ENGINE. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. AFTER LANDING, ENGINE DAMAGED WAS DISCOVERED. MANUFACTURERS WERE CONTACTED FOR EVALUATION AND CAUSE OF FAILURE. #2 ENGINE GEARBOX FAILURE IS SUSPECTED AT THIS TIME.
