FORWARD LOWER SHELL CORNER SKIN AND INNER DOUBLER WERE FOUND TO BE CORRODED, LT SIDE FORWARD EDGE, NEAR SIDE BODY FAIRING AND LOWER WINDOW INSTALLATIONS. REPAIRED THE DOUBLER AND SKIN.
AFT FUSELAGE SKIN WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED, FORWARD EDGE, UPPER LT SIDE, 0.22 INCHES BY 0.88 INCHES. REPAIRED.
LEFT ENGINE PAN SKIN WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED AT AN OEM NUTPLATE INSTALLATION.
ENGINE REMOVED 9-26-15, DUE TO TURBINE O/H, COMPRESSOR N1 SHAFTING AND NR 2 BEARING, GB CEB 72-6081, PICCOLO TUBE, 150, 300 AND 2000 HR INSPECTIONS. REPLACED NR 5 BEARING DUE TO SPALLING ON OUTER RACE AT SPLIT. INSTALLED NEW NR 5 BEARING.
ENGINE REMOVED 12-16-14 DUE TO SMOKING ON SHUTDOWN. TURBINE NR 5 BEARING REMOVED DUE TO SPALLING AT OUTER RACE SPLIT. INSTALLED NEW NR 5 BEARING. PART WILL BE RETURNED TO MFG FOR FURTHER EVALUATION.
