DURING CLIMB OUT "TE FLAP DISAGREE" EICAS AND TRAILING EDGE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CREW COMPLIED WITH ATI QUICK REFERENCE HANDBOOK PROCEDURES AND ALT FLAP RETRACTION. FLIGHT CONTINUED UNAFFECTED. ON APPROACH TO KAUS, THE CAPTAIN DECLARED MAYDAY AND KAUS AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DESCENT. THE LANDING WAS WITHOUT INCIDENT AND NO ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS . ON ARRIVAL THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED FOR MAINTENANCE. PER BOEING 767 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL 27-51-26, FAULT ISOLATED TO FLAP HANDLE RVDT #1 M604 UNABLE TO HOLD RIG. INBOARD SLAT POSITION 2 TRANSDUCER OUT OF RIG. UNIT RE-RERIGGED IAW BOEING 767 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL 27-81-00. THROUGH CONSECUTIVE FLAP/SLAT CYCLING NO FAULTS WERE NOTED. OPERATIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY.
RIGHT WING FUEL BOOST PUMP COVER PANELS 631AB AND 632AB ARE CORRODED AND WORN.
#2 ENG CORE COWL O/B INSIDE 2ND FRAME LOWER FROM AFT HAS GOUGE. REPAIRED WITH 8110-3.
NO. 1 ENGINE OTBD THRUST REVERSER PRE-COOLER RAM AIR DUCT IS CRACKED AT A PREVIOUS WELD REPAIR.
LEFT IB TRAILING EDGE FLAP SEAL RETAINER FOUND CRACKED. 8110-3 USED TO REPAIR AFTER FABRICATION AND CHEMICAL CONVERSION COATING, SINCE CHROME ACID ANODIZE CANNOT BE ACCOMPLISED.
#2 PYLON, IB SIDE, ATTACH BRACKET FOR FAIRING 447DB IS BROKEN. REQUIRED 8110-3 DUE TO CHEMICAL CONVERSION IN LIEU OF SULFURIC ACID ANODIZING.

LEFT NO. 2 WINDOW SEAL REMOVED AND REPLACED WINDOW SEAL PER BOEING 767 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL (AMM) 56-11-11. ADJUSTMENT AND OPERATIONAL PER BOEING 767 AMM 56-11-02 SATISFACTORY. PRESSURIZATION CHECK GOOD. NO ADDITIONAL FAULTS NOTED.
ON APPROACH NO NOSE LANDING GEAR INDICATION. CREW ELECTED TO ABORT THE APPROACH AND GO AROUND. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND LANDING WAS WITHOUT INCIDENT. MASTER DIM AND TEST SYSTEM REPLAMPED PER BOEING AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL 33-16-02. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. NO ADDITIONAL FAULTS NOTED. PREVIOUSLY NOTED IN BODY OF TEXT OMITTED TO SELECT IN DROP DOWN OPTION OF PRECAUTIONARY PROCEDURES.

POST FLIGHT WALKAROUND, #6 BRAKE ASSEMBLY CAME APART. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE #6 BRAKE ASSEMBLY IAW B767 AMM 32-45-08. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. CONDITIONAL INSPECTION FOR PARTS DEPARTING AIRCRAFT SATISFACTORY. NO DAMAGES FOUND TO AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE AFT OF DEPARTED PART IAW B767 AMM 05-51-59-202-001. ALL PARTS ON #6 BRAKE WERE CONTAINED INSIDE THE BRAKE AND SHOWED NO EVIDENCE OF DEPARTURE.
