EMERGENCY DECLARED ON LANDING. ON APPROACH GEAR DOWN SELECTED, R/H MAIN GEAR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE AND RED UNLOCK LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. DECLINED THE APPROACH CLEARANCE TO RUN THROUGH THE CHECKLIST COMPLETELY TO INCLUDE BLOWING THE NITROGEN BOTTLE. NEITHER TOWER NOR A MEDIVAC HELICOPTER WITH NIGHT VISION GOGGLES COULD CONFIRM GEAR DOWN (ALL AT NIGHT). ON SHORT FINAL WHEN THROTTLE PULLED BACK, THE GEAR WARNING HORN BLASTED CONTINUOUSLY. LANDED AT VREF ON LH MAIN GEAR FIRST, THEN NOSE, THEN RH MAIN GEAR WHICH DID NOT COLLAPSE. THE GEAR HORN CONTINUED TO SOUND ALL THE WAY TO THE FBO. THE AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED GEAR DOWN TO A SUITABLE LOCATION FOR REPAIR.

FOLLOWED CHECKLIST, LOWERED GEAR AND DIVERTED TO KPIT, LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO THE KGSO FOR MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE NLG ROLLER SUPPORT BRACKETS SLIGHTLY BENT CAUSING NLG TO SLIP OFF THE BRACKET INSIDE THE WHEEL WELL, REPLACED BRACKETS. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT.

MAINTENANCE RESET THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS, BLED BRAKES AND SERVICED THE NITROGEN SYSTEM. TAXI CHECKS WERE ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

TROUBLE SHOT THE DISCREPANCY & FOUND THE LT & RT MLG ACTUATORS DEFECTIVE FROM PREVIOUS REPLACEMENT. BOTH ACTUATORS WERE REPLACED. GEAR SWINGS & STABILIZER OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
