DURING THE MAINTENANCE BASE VISIT FOUND FRAME S280 ON THE LEFT SIDE TO BE CRACKED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT SIDE FRAME AT FRAME 280 IAW EO CR53MR-119R1. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING THE MAINTENANCE BASE VISIT FOUND THE AFT LOWER FUSELAGE SKIN AT FS 977 AND STRINGER 27 TO BE GOUGED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPAIRED GOUGES PER EO-CR-53MR-208. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE BASE VISIT FOUND THAT THE RIGHT FLOOR SILL TO BE CORRODED AT FRAMES 349 TO 364. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPAIR ACCOMPLISHED IAW EO CR35MR-180. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING PS-2 INSPECTION FOUND THE 4TH EMERGENCY CEILING LIGHT INOPERABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BULB PER CRJ700 AMM 33-51-09. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4027 DURING TAKEOFF THE CREW REPORTED, RECEIVED A - STEERING INOP - MESSAGE. FIVE SECONDS AFTER THAT RECEIVED ED1 WARNING MESSAGE OF "GEAR DISAGREE". THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO ORD LANDING WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. SERVICED THE NOSE GEAR STRUT IAW CRJ 700 AMM 12-12-32. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE LANDING GEAR. NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO PARTS REMOVED OR REPLACED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3570 DURING CLIMB THE CREW REPORTED RECEIVED A LANDING GEAR DISAGREE MESSAGE. THE GEAR WOULD NOT COME UP WHEN HANDLE WAS SELECTED IN THE UP POSITION. THE CREW ELECTED TO RETURN TO XNA AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE IAW CRJ700 AMM 32-32-10. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 32-30-00-710-801. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3959 DURING THE APPROACH THE CREW REPORTED, PUT THE GEAR DOWN FOR LANDING , RECEIVED A RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DISAGREEMENT LIGHT. AFTER EXECUTING A GO-AROUND AND DOING THE EMERGENCY CHECKLIST EVERYTHING LOOK NORMAL. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. INSPECTED LEFT AND RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEARS AND FOUND ALL DOWNLOCK PROXIMITY SWITCH SENSORS EXTREMELY DIRTY AND GRIMY. ALL SENSORS AND TARGETS WERE CLEANED. SUBSEQUENT OPERATIONAL TESTS OF LANDING GEAR EXTENSION/RETRACTION FUNCTION WERE SATISFACTORY WITH RETRACT AND EXTEND TIMES VERY WELL WITHIN ACCEPTABLE LIMITS AS PER CRJ MM 32-30-00. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4507, FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND SIGNS NOT WORKING. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. FOUND LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT SOCKET DIRTY. CLEANED IAW CMM 33-52-06. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS IAW AMM 33-51-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

CREW REPORTED THE OVERHEAD REAR EMERGENCY LIGHT TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BULB. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
SGF - FLT 3802 - DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, CREW RECEIVED SEVERAL FUEL IMBALANCE MESSAGES THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO CORRECT. REPORTED THE CENTER WING TANK FILLING RAPIDLY. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. AIRCRAFT WAS LANDED WITH 4800 LBS IN THE CENTER TANK WITH FUEL VENTING FROM THE OVERFILL VENTS. MAINTENANCE FOUND A HOLE IN THE ENGINE FEED LINE IN THE CENTER WING TANK. LINE WAS REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO DFW FOR FURTHER INSPECTION OF THE CENTER TANK. NO OTHER CRACKS WERE FOUND AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
BOI - FLT 3903 - DURING DESCENT WHEN FLAPS WERE LOWERED CREW RECEIVED A SLATS FAIL MESSAGE ON EICAS. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT WAS LANDED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS REPORTED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT SLAT ACTUATOR IAW CRJ MM. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
