DURING TAKEOFF THE ELEVATOR CONTROL WAS LOCKED IN A SLIGHT CLIMB POSITION. ALSO ON TAKEOFF, THE ELECTRIC ELEVATOR PITCH TRIM LOCKED IN A TAKEOFF POSITION AND WAS UNRESPONSIVE IN ELECTRIC OR MANUAL MODES UNTIL WELL AFTER LANDING. AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AND IS UNDERGOING INSPECTION TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THIS DEFECT. A FULL NARRATIVE OF THIS FLIGHT EVENT HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO THE NTSB IAW 830.5 (A)(1) DUE TO FLIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM MALFUNCTION OR FAILURE.
