WHEN LANDING GEAR WAS PUT DOWN ON FINAL, WE HAD LEFT MAIN UNSAFE INDICATIONS. LIGHT FLICKERED OFF/ON IN CONJUNCTION WITH RED UNSAFE LIGHT. EMERGENCY CHECKLIST WAS USED AND GEAR BOTTLE BLOWN. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. REMOVED AND REPLACED LH MAIN GEAR ACTUATOR WITH NEW PART PN OFF: 9912537-3, SN OFF: 0672B, PN ON: 9912537-5, SN ON: 2299, BLEAD ACTUATOR GOOD FOR DEATAILS SEE J.E. WORK ORDER AOG-99576.
EXPERIENCED A ( LO BRK PRESS/ ANTI SKID INOP )MASTER CAUTION LIGHT WHILE ON THE RAMP. CALLED MAINTENANCE AND THEY ASKED US TO COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN AND DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND CONDUCT A NEW START. AFTER FOLLOWING MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS, THE MASTER CAUTION LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. WE WERE RELEASED AND CONTINUED OUR DUTIES TO DEPART. WE TAXI TO THE RWY AND CONTACTED HOUSTON CENTER. ONCE RELEASED WE STARTED TO MOVE THE AIRCRAFT ON TO THE RUNWAY AND THATâS WHEN THE COPILOT REPORTED TO ME THAT WE LOST BREAKS AND THE MASTER CAUTION LIGHT CAME ON. I APPLIED THE EMER BREAK TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT. FBO CAME AND TOWED US BACK TO THE RAMP AND WE CALLED HOUSTON TO CANCEL OUR RELEASE. NO FURTHER INCIDENTS.
ON GEAR RETRACTION FELT A SHUTTER AND THE LANDING GEAR UNLOCK ANNUNCIATOR REMAINED ILLUMINATED. STAB MIS-COMPARE AND THE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE ANNUNCIATOR ALSO REMAINED ILLUMINATED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT AND RIGHT LANDING GEAR UPLOCK SWITCHES. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKE-OFF THE RIGHT FUEL GAUGE ROLLED BACK RAPIDLY TO 500 LBS LOWER THAN THE LEFT SIDE. THE MASTER CAUTION WARNING LIGHT ASSOCIATED WITH THE RIGHT FUEL GAUGE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO ALTERNATE AIRPORT WITH LONGER RUNWAY. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE SUMPED THE FUEL TANKS, PERFORMED AN AIRCRAFT OVERWEIGHT LANDING INSPECTION AND DEFERRED THE FUEL QUANTITY SYSTEM PER MEL. FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING AND OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED OF THE FUEL QUANTITY SYSTEM, WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AN OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT (OCF) WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ANTI-SKID INOPERATIVE LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING GEAR EXTENTION STAGE OF FLIGHT. POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS NOTICED TO BE EXTENDED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. EMERGENCY BRAKING USED TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT. NOTICED HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKING FROM NOSE COMPARTMENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND ANTI-SKID FILTER. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED, AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT FL390 ACM OVER HEAT ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED AND CABIN STARTED TO CLIMB. EMERGENCY CHECKLIST WAS FOLLOWED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT DIVERTED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE ACM OVER HEAT SWITCH. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
