AFTER TAKEOFF THE LEFT ENGINE ITT INCREASED TO 723 DEGREES. TAPE TURNED RED. AFTER SELECTING CLIMB POWER ITT DECREASED BELOW 720 DEGREES. ENGINE ITT EXCEEDANCE WAS WITHIN ENGINE PERFORMANCE LIMITS PER THE EMM. DURING ENGINE RUNS SEVERAL BLEED AIR MANIFOLD COUPLINGS WERE FOUND DEFECTIVE AND WERE REPLACED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
HIGH SPEED BUFFET EXPERIENCED BETWEEN 250 AND 290 KTS AT FL160. BUFFET INCREASES WITH SPEED. ALSO, NOTICED LT AILERON SHUTTERING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED LT AILERON TRIM TAB HORN ASSEMBLY AND HARDWARE. A SUCCESSFUL OPS CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. PARTS REPLACED: AILERON HINGE, PN NAS77-6-009, TRIM TAB BEARING HORN, PN 6324130-12, HINGE BUSHING, PN 6624019-1, ROD BOLTS, PN NAS464P3-8.
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, AFTER CLOSING THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR, THE DOOR ANNUNCIATOR WOULD NOT GO OUT. CYCLED DOOR OPEN & ONLY 5 OUT OF THE 6 DOOR POSITION SENSOR LIGHTS, 6 PACK, WERE ILLUMINATED RED. CREW RAN THE CHECKLIST, DE-POWERED THE AIRPLANE & DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY. WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH MX CONTROL, THE CREW POWERED THE UP ACFT & THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR WAS CYCLED CLOSED & OPEN SEVERAL TIMES. ALL 6 DOOR POSITION SENSORS WERE ILLUMINATED GREEN WITH THE DOOR CLOSED NORMAL CONDITION. ACFT DEPARTED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
AT 16,800` CABIN DOOR ANNUNCIATOR & RED CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING ILLUMINATED. CABIN ALTITUDE CLIMBED TO 12,600â. FOLLOWED EMER CHECKLIST, DECLARED AN EMER TO FACILITATE DESCENT TO 10,000â. ACFT DIVERTED & LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MX TROUBLE SHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A FAULTY VENT DOOR PROX SWITCH & SOLENOID. OPERATIONAL & PRESSURIZATION CHECK ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
MAIN CABIN DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN UPON ARRIVAL. THE DOOR LOCK PINS WERE FROZEN DUE TO MOISTURE & COLD TEMPERATURE WHILE ENROUTE. DUE TO PAXS MEETING & SCHEDULE THE EMER EXIT DOOR WAS USED. PAXS WERE ASSISTED BY CREW. REMOVED STANDING WATER IN DOOR FRAME. ALL DOOR MOVING PARTS WERE LUBRICATED. DOOR OPERATION WAS NORMAL. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
