ON TAXI OUT FROM RAMP THE CAPTAINS BRAKES (RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL) FELT 'MUSHY' AND DIFFERENT COMPARED TO CAPTIANS LEFT BRAKE PEDAL. THE F.O'S BRAKES AND STEERING FRLT OK. THE RIGHT BRAKES PEDAL CAPTAINS WHEN PRESSED ALMOST DOWN TO THE FLOOR. VERIFIED DISCREPANCY UPON ARRIVAL, PILOTS RH PEDAL WITH BRAKES APPLIED PEDAL BOTTOMS OUT. PERFORMED RH BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURE, NO VISABLE AIR BLED FROM BRAKES. PERFORMED SEVERAL OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE PILOTS BRAKE PEDALS AND BOTH BRAKES HOLD PRESSURE. ALL WORK PERFORMED IN REFERENCE WITH CESSNA MODEL 560XL AMM 32-42-00.
LOW BRAKE PRESS/ANTISKID LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER LANDING AND A TOTAL LOSS OF BREAKING. NOTICED A PUDDLE OF FLUID UNDER THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR.
UPON RETRACTING THE LANDING GEAR THE âGEAR UNLOCKEDâ LIGHT ILLUMINATED. AT 500 FEET FLAPS SELECTED UP AND THE âSTAB MIS-COMPAREâ AND HYD PRESSâ WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. WHILE PERFORMING CHECKLIST PROCEDURE THE GEAR UNLOCK, HYD PRESS AND STAB MIS-COMPARE LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED BACK TO KMSP. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY ON THE GROUND. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE NLG UP-LOCK FREE FALL CABLE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. FREE FALL CABLE WAS RIGGED. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED WITH NOT DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON DEPARTURE CREW NOTICED A STRONG SMELL PASSING 1300 FT. THE SMELL WAS COMING FORM THE OVERHEAD VENTS. THE APU WAS SHUT DOWN SMELL DID NOT DISSIPATE UNTIL LANDING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE WATER SEPARATOR COALESCER. APU AND GROUND ENGINE RUNS OKAY. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING TAKEOFF, CREW SET TAKEOFF POWER, RIGHT ENGINE WAS SLOW TO ACCELERATE. TAKE OFF POWER WAS SET AT 70-80 KNOTS THE RIGHT ENGINE POWER DROPPED BACK 20 PERCENT. ABORTED TAKEOFF AND RETURNED TO THE RAMP. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE TORQUE MOTOR. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING ROLLING TAKEOFF, THE SIC WENT TO SET THROTTLES TO TAKEOFF POWER, THE LT THROTTLE WOULD ONLY ADVANCE TO THE CRUISE DETENT. RT THROTTLE LEVER WOULD ADVANCE ONLY TO JUST BELOW THE CRUISE DETENT. THROTTLE BELOW THOSE SETTINGS WERE NORMAL. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED, ACFT EXITED THE RUNWAY & TAXIED BACK TO THE SERVICE CTR. GAINED ACCESS TO THE THROTTLE QUADRANT & FOUND DIODE MODULE UF701 UNSECURED & BLOCKING THE RT THROTTLE BELL CRANK MOVEMENT. MODULE WAS SECURED, SUCCESSFUL ENG RUNS PERFORMED WITH FULL THROTTLE MOVEMENTS. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
