FO SIDE FOOTREST FLASHLIGHT MISSING. INSTALLED NEW FLASHLIGHT AT F/O SIDE IAW EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT LAYOUT DRAWING A319-132 EEQ.
WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH FL320, A LOUD NOISE AND VIBRATION COULD BE HEARD AND FELT IN THE COCKPIT. THE CABIN BEGAN TO FILL WITH FOG, SMOKE AND ODOR. SMOKE ODOR WAS STRONGER IN THE AFT CABIN.
FLT ATTENDANT REPORTED A MUSTY ODOR STARTING AT TAKEOFF TO TOP OF CLIMB. REPORTED AT APPROXIMATELY FL200. TURN OFF THE NR 2 PACK WHICH SEEMED TO HELP TO DISSIPATE THE ODOR.
FORWARD F/A MEGAPHONE VOLUME KNOB MISSING. REPLACED THE MEGAPHONE IAW DRAWING N319-131EQ.
FUME EVENT ON FINAL APPROACH. STRONG ODOR IN BOTH THE COCKPIT AND CABIN. COMPLETED AN ENGINE RUN AND PACK ISOLATION IAW TSM 05-50-500-00-810-831A. NO ODOR NOTED. AIRCRAFT OKAY FOR SERVICE.

VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE INTAKE AND FAN BLADES REVEALED NO DEFECTS OR EVIDENCE OF FOD INGESTION.
