CLT - FLT 1187 - EN ROUTE FROM IAH TO CLT, CRUISING AT FL330, THE CABIN ALTITUDE CLIMBED TO 10 WITH WARNING HORN SOUNDING. CREW DESCENDED THE FLIGHT TO FL110, WHEREAS UPON DESCENDING THROUGH FL160, THE WARNING HORN SILENCED. FLIGHT CONTINUED ON TO CLT AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER. TESTED GOOD PER MM 21-31-00. ALSO, FOUND THE AFT CARGO DOOR SEAL TORN AND HANGING OUT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AFT CARGO DOOR SEAL (P/N 10-60821-4) PER MM 52-09-12. PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. (M)

FLIGHT RETURNED TO FIELD AT PHL AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CAPTAINS WINDSHIELD. OPERATIONAL CHECK OF WINDOW HEAT SYSTEM GOOD. PIT - FLT 338 - DURING CLIMB-OUT FROM PIT, THE FIRST OFFICERS WINDSHIELD SEAL AND SEALANT HAD RUPTURED ON THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER. FLIGHT RETURNED TO FIELD AT PIT AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. THE FIRST OFFICERS WINDSHIELD HAD BEEN REPLACED LAST NIGHT. MAINTENANCE CLEANED AND REMOVED EXCESSIVE SEALANT AND RETAPED WINDOW. PROGRAMMED FOR RESEAL OF WINDSHIELD AT THE NEXT MAINTENANCE RON. UNFORTUNATELY, TAPE REPAIR BLEW OFF EN ROUTE TO CLT AND AN AIR LEAK WAS NOTED AT 4 PSI WHICH CEASED AT 5 PSI. MAINTENANCE ENDED UP REMOVING AND REPLACING THE FIRST OFFICERS WINDSHIELD PER MM 56-11-11. PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT. NO LEAKS NOTED. (M)

BWI - FLT 378 - AT CRUISE, CAPTAIN RECEIVED AN ENGINE OVERHEAT/FIRE INDICATION ON THE NR 1 ENGINE. WITH POWER REDUCED TO ENGINE IDLE, THE INDICATION REMAINED. FLIGHT DIVERTED TO BWI. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE NR 1 ENGINE WAS NOT SHUT DOWN. FLIGHT LANDED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. MX REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE FIRE DETECTOR LOOP ASSEMBLY, THE FIRE/OVERHEAT CONTROL MODULE AND THE ENGINE/APU FIRE CONTROL PANEL. SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECKS AND TESTS NORMAL.
