CLIMBING THROUGH 16000 FEET MASTER CAUTION LIGHT STARTED FLASHING AND THE CABIN DOOR ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. CREW RAN THE CHECKLIST, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR MONITOR PCB. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT FL400 THE PITCH TRIM ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED WITH AUTOPILOT ON. THE PITCH TRIM WHEEL WAS FROZEN IN PLACE AND REMAINED THAT WAY UNTIL ABOUT 6,000 FT. EMERGENCY DECLARED, DIVERTED TO STL AND LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE LUBED LEFT AND RIGHT ELEVATOR PITCH TRIM ACTUATORS. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT.
EXCESSIVE VIBRATION IN CONTROL COLUMN FELT AT HIGH SPEEDS AND LOWER ALTITUDE. MAINTENANCE FOUND EXCESSIVE TRIM TAB PLAY DUE TO ACTUATORS REQUIRING LUBRICATION. GREASED ACTUATOR'S. SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING TAXI, LOW BRAKE PRESSURE ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY LOSS OF BRAKES. THRUST REVERSERS DEPLOYED AND EMERGENCY BRAKES USED TO SUCCESSFULLY STOP THE AIRCRAFT. CREW REPORTED POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS EXTENDED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE POWER BRAKE MOTOR AND HIGH PRESSURE SWITCH. BRAKE SYSTEM WAS BLED FOLLOWED BY A SUCCESSFUL OPS AND TAXI CHECK. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
