ON TAKEOFF PILOT REALIZED HE HAD NO ANTI-TORQUE INPUT WITH LEFT PEDAL INPUT. THE PILOT LOWERED THE COLLECTIVE IMMEDIATELY BUT THE AIRCRAFT ROTATED 180 DEGREES BEFORE COMING TO REST. UPON INSPECTION IT WAS FOUND THE RH THRUSTER CABLE WAS BROKEN APPROXIMATELY AT THE 90 DEGREE PULLEY ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE STATIONARY CONE.
MAIN ROTOR TRANSMISSION OIL PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING FLIGHT. IMMEDIATELY LANDED AIRCRAFT AND FOUND NO OIL PRESSURE BEING SUPPLIED BY LUBE PUMP. ON FURTHER INVESTIGATION FOUND METALLIC CHIP LODGED IN THE IMPELLER OF THE OIL PUMP RESULTING IN THE PUMP SHAFT SHEARING. REMOVED TRANSMISSION SIGHT GLASS AND PLUG ON RIGHT SIDE. FOUND RING GEAR HAS CRACK AND MISSING MATERIAL.
OIL LINE FROM TRANSMISSION TO OIL COOLER BEGAN LEAKING AT SWEDGED FITTING ON THE TRANSMISSION SIDE. OIL WAS INJESTED INTO THE OIL COOLER BLOWER AND CAUSED FUMES IN THE CABIN. LOW OIL PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON SHORT FINAL. THE AREA WAS LOOKED AT 3 DAYS PRIOR AND SHOWED NO EVIDENCE OF LEAKS.
