DURING CRUISE, FLIGHT CREW NOTED THE RH HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR QUANTITY INDICATION HAD TURNED WHITE; INDICATING THAT IT WAS ON THE LOW SIDE, BUT THE PRESSURE REMAINED NORMAL. SOON AFTER, CREW NOTED THAT THE QUANTITY WAS DECREASING IN 2 PERCENT INCREMENTS APPROXIMATELY EVERY 5 MINUTES, WITH NORMAL PRESSURE INDICATION. CREW RAN THE CHECKLIST AND CONFERRED WITH MX CONTROL. THE DECISION WAS MADE TO DIVERT TO MSP; CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. UPON INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT, MAINTENANCE FOUND THE PTU SELECT VALVE (P/N: 975284-3) LEAKING. VALVE WAS REPLACED WITH AN INSPECTED UNIT; LEAK AND OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS NORMAL. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
WHILE ON DEPARTURE & CLIMBING THROUGH FL190 THE FLIGHT CREW NOTED A LOUD BANG & VIBRATION, FOLLOWED BY A RED RT ENG EXCEEDANCE CAS MSG & THEN AN AMBER RT ENG VIBRATION MSG. THE PIC RETARDED THE RT ENG THROTTLE LEVER & THE VIBRATION DECREASED, BUT WHEN SLIGHTLY ADVANCED THE VIBRATION RETURNED, ALL OTHER ENG INDICATIONS APPEARED NORMAL. AS A PRECAUTION AN EMER WAS DECLARED & THE ACFT RETURNED FOR AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. A CONTRACTED VENDOR R & R THE AFFECTED ENG, PN 3030001-4, WITH A RENTAL UNIT & UPON COMPLETION OF ADDITIONAL MX THE ACFT WILL BE RETURNED TO SERVICE. DURING ENG TEARDOWN IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT AN LPT 2 BLADE HAD SEPARATED AT THE BLADE DOVE TAIL, CONSEQUENTLY CAUSING THE LOUD BANG & VIBRATION THAT OCCURRED IN FLIGHT. AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION CONTINUES ON ENG SN P-118133 TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE.
VIBRATION IN RANGE OF 280 TO 287 KIAS MAINT VERIFIED RIGHT MID SPOILER FLUTTERING. DURING EPISODE NOTED RT MID LIFT SPOILER FLUTTERING IN FLT. OTHER SPOILERS CHECK OK. NOTED MID SPOILER SEAL REQUIRES RE-CONTOURING. RE-CONTOURED T/E SEAL DUE TO SEAL GAP. SEAL IS CONTOURED FLUSH WITH FLAP TAB. AC TO BE FERRIED FROM MEM TO MSP WITH AIRSPEED RESTRICTED TO BELOW 250 KTS. RHOB LIFT SPOILER SEAL TS AND REPAIRS. REPLACED RHOB LIFT SPOILER TE PN HC579HO351-203U IAW SRM 57-72-11
CREW SHUT DOWN NR 3 ENGINE DUE TO ENGINE VIBRATION. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED AND FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
YELLOW HYD TEMP CAME ON IN FLT ENGINE 2 VALVE (NIPS) LIGHT STAYED ON WITH VALVE SHUT. HYD PRESS ON YELLOW STAYED AT 3100 PSI WITH VALVE SWITCH IN OFF POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED YELLOW HYD ISO VALVE P/N ON & OFF HTE9531-3, S/N ON FRTR023AX.
REPOSITIONED AIRCRAFT OFF ACTIVE RUNWAY DUE TO A CAPT RED MASTER WARNING FLASHER ILLUMINATED DURING CONFIG CHECK. CYCLED MWS DIMMER SWITCH TO OVERRIDE POSITION AS REQUIRED PER MEL 33-20-2B. CHECKS GOOD.
ABOVE 80 KTS ON T/O ROLL FO'S MASTER WARN LIGHT AND MWS FAULT LIGHT ILLUMINATED CONTINUED ROLL AND RETURNED TO DETROIT. MWS SYSTEM OPS CHECK GOOD DURING TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND ELEVATOR TRIM INOP. TRIM WAS REPAIRED WITH DFGC SYSTEM OPS CHECK GOOD. REQ TEST RUN FOR OPS CHECK OF FO'S MWS SYSTEM

CABIN DOOR FORWARD RT SIDE DOES NOT SHOW YELLOW MARKINGS ON GIRT BAR WHEN DOOR IS ARMED. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED RT FWD CABIN SERVICE DOOR GIRT BAR AND SLIDE ASSEMBLY. OPERATES NORMALLY. CLEANED GIRT BAR END CAPS AND CYCLED SEVERAL TIMES, OPERATION NORMAL AND ACCEPTABLE.

AFTER TAKEOFF, LT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, CONFIRMED BY BUFFETING AND RUDDER. RECYCLED THE GEAR AT WHICH POINT THE LT MAIN CAME UP BUT THE RT MAIN DID NOT INDICATE UP AND THE RT MAIN DID NOT INDICATED UP UNTIL HALFWAY TO MSP, HYDRAULIC GAUGES READ NORMAL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE P/N HTE9490-4 S/N OFF FR012BB S/N ON FRTR003AW IAW 32-30-17 LEAK CHECK GOOD. OPS CHECK, NO GOOD. SLAVE IN NEW HANDLES NO HELP. DURING FLIGHT NR 3460, NR 1 AND NR 4 INTAKE LOW PRESS LIGHT ON. AIR TURNBACK TO MSP. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 ENGINE LOW PRESSURE SWITCH IAW ARJ AMM 30-21-14. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING TAKEOFF ON FLIGHT #3686, AFTER V1 AND #2 ENGINE EGT FLUCTUATED FROM -5 DEGREES CEL. TO APPROXIMATELY 643 DEGREES CEL. THEN TO ALL DASHES THEN BACK TO NORMAL. ALL OTHER ENGINES WERE GOOD EGT WAS STABLE FOR A WHILE THEN EGT INDICATED DASHES. MAINTENANCE REPLACED #2 ECU PN 2-303-493-06, SN/ON 9ALG716, SN/OFF 9ALG786. ALL IAW AVRO MM CHAPTER 24, ALL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME.
EN ROUTE FROM TYS TO DTW, FGC1 LIGHT ILLUMINATED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FGC IAW 22/10-11. OPS CHECK GOOD.
During Flight #3592 #1 Engine on climbout exceeded N1 Ref Temp. Air turnback to DTW. Maintenance removed and replaced #1 Engine Bleed Band. All checks good.
DURING ENGINE SHUTDOWN ON AC 508, WITH APU OPERATING, PAX , F/A'S REPORTED SMOKE IN CABIN. SHUTDOWN ENGINE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED DAMAGED OIL COOLER INTAKE DUCT P/N OFF 4501709, P/N ON 4504473 REF NR 409 116560. FOUND APU OIL OVER-SERVICED BY 1 QUART, BROUGHT OIL TO PROPER LEVEL. OPS AND CABIN SMELL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. REMOVED FROM DMR-MXC NOTIFIED.
NOSE GEAR DID NOT COME DOWN UPON INITIAL EXTENSION. PILOT WAS GOING TO CYCLE GEAR THEN NOSE RELEASED AND CAME DOWN. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED NOSE GEAR NO OBVIOUS DEFECTS NOTED, INSPECTED A/C AND FOUND SAFE FOR ONE FERRY FLIGHT FROM XNA TO MSP. NOSE GEAR PINNED IN DOWN POSITION. MAINTENANCE FOUND UPLOCK/DOWNLOCK PLUNGER PIN STICKY LUBRICATED ITEM 20 PER AMM 12-20-21 UNIT TOOK ONE TUBE OF GREASE, CYCLED GEAR NUMBEROUS TIMES. OPS CHECK GOOD.
NR 4 ENGINE WENT TO SUB IDLE AROUND 40 PERCENT. CREW DECIDED TO GO TO CID FOR LANDING THIS A/C WAS EN ROUTE TO STL. CREW DID NOT ATTEMPT RESTART. NR 4 ENGINE SHUT DOWN IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED NR 4 ENGINE HMA. OPS AND LEAKS CHECKS WERE GOOD. WORK DONE IAW HONEYWELL MM 73-70-01. (P/N 2-193-330-08), (S/N ON 97AGU588), (S/N OFF 3AGU208). AC LANDED OVERWEIGHT. MAINTENANCE COMPLETED WALKAROUND OF AC, SAFE FOR ONE TIME FERRY FLIGHT FROM CID TO MSP TO CONDUCT OVERWEIGHT LANDING INSPECTION. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED HEAVY LANDING INSPECTION IAW ARJ AMM5-50-11-1. AC OK FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.

SLIDE ON MAIN PASSENGER ENTRY DOOR FELL OUT WHEN DOOR WAS OPENED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED PAX DOOR SLIDE, ALL CHECKS GOOD.
ON TAXI OUT, REAR BAY HI TEMP WARNING LIGHT, LIGHT WENT OUT WHEN PACKS WERE SHUT OFF. RETURNED TO GATE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FLIGHT DECK TEMP CONTROL BOX. ITEM REMAINS DEFERRED.
DURING INSPECTION, THE BACK LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR WILL NOT TEST. MAINTENANCE DEFERRED SMOKE DETECTOR, UPON CLEARING DEFERRAL MAINTENANCE TESTED SYSTEM AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE WRITE UP. OPS CHECK GOOD.
