VERIFIED SEAT 3 READING LIGHT IS OPERATIONAL WHEN CONTROLLING FROM SEAT CONTROL PANEL. ACCESSED SEAT 3 READING LIGHT CONNECTOR JC2118 NOTING MOLEX: PINS PULLED FROM CONNECTOR HOUSING. PERFORMED RETENTION CHECK OF CONNECTOR/PINS NOTING PINS WILL NOT LOCK INTO MOLEX CONNECTOR. REMOVED FAILED CONNECTOR JC2118 WITH DAMAGED PINS 2EA. INSTALLED NEW CONNECTOR JC2118 WITH NEW PINS 2EA. IAW SPM 20-30-20. CLOSED ACCESS AS REQUIRED, POWERED AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW AMM 33-50-00 AND FOUND ALL EXPECTED LIGHTS TO ILLUMINATE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.

LANDED PLANE WITH AUDIBLE GEAR WARNING AND GOT RED X ON RT MAIN ONCE ON GROUND. CLEANED RT MLG LOCK SWITCHES. HOOKED UP HYD MULE & GPU. PULLED CBS. APPLIED POWER & HAD ALL 3 MLG DOWNLOCK INDS GREEN. CYCLED GEAR 10 TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT IS GOOD TO RELEASE. WORK DONE !AW AMM 32-00-00.
MLG BRAKE PRESSURE: CONSISTENT EXCESSIVE AIRFRAME VIBRATION ON LANDING. NOT NOTICEABLE ON TAXI. //SIGNOFF// PREPARED THE AIRCRAFT FOR MX. SPUN ALL AC WHEELS TO CHECK FOR TIRES OUT-OF-ROUND OR DRAGGING BRAKES. NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED ALL 4 OF THE MLG WHEEL & TIRE ASSEMBLIES, AND PERFORMED A GVI OF THE BRAKE ASSEMBLIES AND NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED AT THIS TIME. REPACKED WHEEL BEARINGS WITH SHC100 GREASE AS NECESSARY AND RETURNED MLG WHEEL ASSEMBLIES TO THEIR ORIGINAL LOCATIONS IRW CE-680A AMM 32-40-05. SERVICED HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR WITH BRAYCO OIL AS REQUIRED AND BLED THE MLG BRAKE ASSEMBLIES IRW CE-680A AMM 32-42-00. NOTED A FEW AIR BUBBLES AT THE #4 BRAKE ASSEMBLY. CONNECTED LANDING GEAR SIMULATOR TEST BOXES AND PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE ANTISKID BRAKE SYSTEM IRW CE- 680A AMM 32-46-00 AND FUNCTIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY. NO HISTORY ON THIS DISCREPANCY. CONTACTED MCC AND WE ARE GOOD TO SIGN OFF. RETURNED AC TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION. 16JAN2024.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: THE CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS ACROSS THE MAIN CABIN DOOR DO NOT COME ON. THE OTHER CABIN EMERG LIGHTS COME ON FOR LESS THAN 30 SECONDS. REMOVED DEFECTIVE EMERGENCY LIGHTING POWER SUPPLY BATTERY P/N: CBS28-1 S/N: 0465M (POS: 1) AND INSTALLED AN REPAIRED UNIT P/N: CBS28·1 S/N: 006209 IAW CESSNA MODEL 680A MM 33-50-06. OPS CHECK GDOD
THE MAIN CABIN DOOR GETS A FAULT INTERMITTENTLY AFTER A POWER CYCLE AND REQUIRES A OVERRIDE PER CHECKLIST. THE FAULT KEEP REPEATING. THE HANDLE AT THAT POINT IS BINDING AND DIFFICULT TO MOVE TO OPEN OR CLOSE. ITS GETS EASIER TO MOVE THE HANDLE AFTER AN OVERRIDE. DURING THE FAULT WE GET CAS MESSAGES, CHECK DOORS & CABIN DOOR OPEN. WHEN THE HANDLE IS MOVED TO CLOSE POSITION THE YELLOW LIGHT ON THE DOOR DOES NOT EXTINGUISH AND THE HANDLE CAN BE MOVED FREELY TO OPEN WITHOUT HAVING TO PRESS THE RED BUTTON. DURING THAT EVENT, THE HANDLE IS MORE DIFFICULT TO MOVE DUE TO BINDING. REMOVED FAULTY CED MONITOR PCB ASSY AND REPLACED WITH BRAND NEW CED MONITOR PCB ASSY IAW AMM 24-60-40. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED.

STRONG ACRID ELECTRICAL SMOKE SMELL IN COCKPIT, BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT AND CABIN AREA, SMELL STRONG WITH APU AIR ON. AIRCRAFT POWERED ON EXTERNAL AC CART WITH ALL CABIN/GALLEY SYSTEMS ON FOR 2 HOURS. NO SMELL/SMOKE DETECTED AS PER THE CREW SMELL WAS PRESENT WITH APU ON. INSPECTED APU OIL QUANTITY LEVEL AND FOUND APU OVERSERVICED ABOUT 1.5 CANS. APU OIL QTY SYSTEM SERVICED TO THE CORRECT LEVEL IAW AMM 12-14-49 REV 44 DATED JUN 15 2016. APU RUN IAW AMM 49-00-00 REV 44 DATED JUN 15 2016, SATISFACTORY NO SMELL/SMOKE DETECTED. OIL LEVEL CHECK IAW AMM 12-14-49 REV 44 DATED JUN 15 2016, SATISFACTORY.
AFTER REMOVING BUSHINGS FROM RT SPONSON RIB AFT MOUNT LUG, FOUND NICK ON TOP SIDE OF FITTING. OVERSIZED THE RT AFT SPONSON LUG TO THE FIFTH OVERSIZE WITH A FINAL READING OF 2.5595 " (READINGS WERE TAKEN AT THREE DIFFERENT POSITIONS INSIDE LUG) WORK DONE PER DWG SE55732106 REV. B. INSTALLED WET WITH MIL S 8802 BUSHINGS ON R/H MLG SPONSON RIB AFT MOUNTING LUG. FINAL REAMED BORE TO 2.2501 , ALL WORK DONE PER DWG SE55732106 REV B

WHILE WORKING AUX FUEL PUMP PROBLEM, FOUND WHERE GROUND WIRE HALF ARC THROUGH FUSELAGE. FOUND AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF CORROSION AND SIGNS OF ARCHING ON GROUND STUD TO AUX PUMP. REPAIRED IAW CS289825.
FOUND LT FLAP SKIN CRACKED DURING MAINTENANCE. VISUALLY INSPECTED AND CLEANED AREA OF LT FLAP AT WS 251.18 AT FWD FROM T/E. 10X MAGNIFICATION REVEALED A HAIRLINE CRACK 1.175" IN LENGTH ALONG RIVET ROW AND EXTENDING BEYOND THE 6 RIVETS. AREA HAS CHIPPED PAINT AND CRACK IS VISIBLE THROUGH CHIPPED AREAS. FAIRED LT AILERON TO FIXED T/E, FAIRED AILERON TRIM TAB T/E TO AILERON T/E. RECORDED ALL REQUIRED DIMENSIONS FOR LT FLAP ONLY ON CMP TASK CARD GV 275001. REMOVED LT FLAP ASSY. INSTALLED (LOANER) REPAIRED FLAP ASSEMBLY SN 060 ON ACFT. COMPLIED WITH FLAP CONTROL SYS FUNCTIONAL TEST. ALL TEST PASSED WORK PERFORMED IAW.
CRACK LOCATED ON WING REAR BEAM BEHIND FLIGHT SPOILER ACTUATOR BRACKET. LT AND RT PER CUSTOMER BULLETIN THIS IS A RESULT OF IMPROPER RIGGING OF THE FLIGHT SPOILERS.
EXCESSIVE CORROSION AT CONNECTOR PINS CAUSING NWS FAIL MSG. SUGGEST PERIODIC INSPECTION AND CLEANING OR IMPROVED CONNECTOR SEALING FROM MOISTURE. (K)

AT FL410 AFTER 3.1 HRS OF FLIGHT, RECEIVED AN AMBER (UNCMDED STAB) MSG ALONG WITH (FLAP STAB SYS FAIL) AND (FLAP STAB MAINT REQ) MSG. HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SYSTEM AND RESOLVER. VERIFIED RESOLVER (SATB) WIRING TO THE FCU. REMOVED AND REPLACED RESOLVER IAW GV MM 27-43-01 PG 401-403. COMPLIED WITH STAB RESOLVER. ADJUSTMENT IAW MM 27-43-01 PG 501-503. PERFORMED FLAP SYS OPERATIONAL CK IAW MM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
ON TAKEOFF WHEN FLAPS WERE SELECTED UP THE STOPPED AT APPROX 7 DEGREES. FLAPS WERE CYCLED BUT THEY WOULD NOT MOVE (UP AND DOWN). ON TAXI IN, HOWEVER THE FLAPS WERE SELECTED TO 10 DEGREES THEN UP. THEY WENT UP AND ARE WORKING NORMAL. TECH DISPATCHED PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF SYS, NO FAULT FOUND. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED AND ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED.

FAN DISK PN BRR20791, SN CTDK 7185 ENGINE TYPE BR700-710A1-10, SN 11386. REMOVED LP FAN MODULE 31, PN M31-113, SN 31101204, TSN 1374.2 CSN 589. INSTALLED LP FAN MODULE 31, PN M31-113, SN 31101175, TSN 878.9, CSN 395. CRACKED MEASURED APPROXIMETLY ONE QUARTER INCH IN LENGTH.
