IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF EXCESSIVE FORWARD PRESSURE WAS REQUIRED TO PREVENT THE AIRCRAFT FROM PITCHING UP. THE POWER WAS PULLED BACK TO 60% AND TRIM ALMOST FULL FORWARD TO MAINTAIN CONTROLLED CLIMB. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND DIVERTED BACK TO KMCO. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. ON POST FLIGHT WITH FLAPS IN THE UP POSITION LEFT FLAP WAS DOWN ABOUT AN INCH. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT FLAP ACTUATOR, LEFT/RIGHT ELEVATOR TRIM ACTUATORS AND AFT ELEVATOR TRIM CABLE. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER TAKEOFF GOT HYD PRESS AND STAB MISCOMPARE ANNUNCIATORS. FOLLOWED THE CHECKLISTS PULL A HYDRAULIC CONTROL CIRCUIT BREAKER. ONCE THAT WAS DONE THE GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT CAME ON AND THEN THE NOSE GEAR DROPPED DOWN AND LOCKED (GEAR HANDLE WAS UP). DIVERTED TO KSTL. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED CONTROL SWITCHES SC050 AND SC051. REPLACED FAULTY HORIZONTAL STABILIZER ACTUATOR. REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR LEAKING SEALS. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ELECTRICAL SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT WHILE TAXING TO THE RAMP RIGHT AFTER CLEARING CUSTOMS AT TEB. THE CREW IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN THE AIRCRAFT AND THE SMOKE STOPPED. EMERGENCY SERVICES WERE NOT CALLED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE MULT-FUNCTION DISPLAY DUE TO OVERHEATING. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, DURING CLIMB 1400' CREW HEARD A LOUD BANG FOLLOWED BY A LOUD RUSH OF AIR. MAIN CABIN DOOR & DOOR SEAL ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED. MOMENTS LATER MAIN CABIN DOOR OPENED IN FLIGHT. AN EMER WAS DECLARED. THE ACFT RETURNED & LANDED WITH THE MAIN CABIN DOOR OPEN. ACFT SUSTAINED MAIN CABIN DOOR & LT ENG DAMAGE DURING LANDING. NEW MED INSTALLED, MED OPENING REPAIRS MADE, REPAIRED ORIGINAL ENG INSTALLED & SUPPLEMENTAL CABIN DOOR WIRING SYS MOD INSTALLED. SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT PERFORMED. ACFT RTS.
AT CRUISE ALTITUDE 40,000 RT ENG OIL PRESS WAS AT 102. TEN MINUTES LATER IT DROPPED TO 42, FOLLOWED BY MASTER CAUTION WARNING. DECLARED AN EMER & SHUTDOWN ENG ON ROLLOUT. R & R THE RT ENG HYD PUMP, GEAR SHAFT & GARLOCK SEAL. ENG RUNS WERE PERFORMED, LEAK & OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
