Maintenance disclosures
AFTER LANDING AND CLEARING THE RUNWAY EXPERIENCED A PRIMARY BRAKE SYSTEM FAILURE FOLLOWED BY LOSS OF BRAKE PRESSURE/ANTI-SKID MASTER WARNING. APPLIED EMERGENCY BRAKES TO STOP AIRCRAFT WHERE IT WAS THEN TOWED TO FBO. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RELAY, DIODE AND LANDING GEAR CONTROL HANDLE. SYSTEM OPERATIONAL/TAXI CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING APPROACH SPEDD BRAKES WOULD NOT DEPLOY, FLAPS WOULD NOT MOVE AND LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT DEPLOY. NO WARNING ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS WERE NOT TRIPPED. CREW FOLLOWED THE NO FLAPS AND LANDING GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURE PER CHECKLIST. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE ISOLATED THE DISCREPANCY TO FAULTY HYDRAULIC LOADING VALVE. VALVE REPLACED AND A OPERATION CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING UNSCHEDULED ELEVATOR COUNTERWEIGHT MAINTENANCE, PLASTIC TRIM COVER WAS FOUND CRACKED INSIDE PEDESTAL COMPARTMENT. IAW ENGINEERING LETTER M150404DK DATED 04 02 2015 PANEL WAS DEFERRED & PLACED ON 04 19 2015. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
