INSTALLED TEMPORARY FLEXIBLE TUBING REF GMM 840-020. ACCOMPLISHED LEAK CHECK & SERVICED L HYD SYSTEM - NO LEAKS NOTED - REF 29-00-00-790-801 AMM & 12-12-00 AMM - AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE.
INCIDENT OCCURRED AFTER DEPARTURE FROM DTW AND DURING CLIMBOUT AT 11000 FT WITH AUTOPILOT ENGAGED IN SMOOTH AIR, CONTROL WHEEL JOLTED FWD BRIEFLY AND "UNCOMMANDED STAB" AMBER ICAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. NO FURTHER UNCOMMANDED INPUTS TO STAB OCCURRED. AIRCREW COMPLIED WITH APPROPRIATE CHECKLIST REQUIREMENTS. AC RETURNED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. (K)
ON APPROACH, EADI SCREEN FAILED AND THEN EMITTED A SLIGHT AMOUNT OF SMOKE. DONNED O2 MASKS AS PRECAUTION. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED STANDBY FLIGHT DISPLAY. PERFORMED ALL OPS AND LEAK CHECKS IAW AMM 34-13-00 AND CMP CODES 342710 AND 342005. STOWED O2 MASKS IAW AMM 35-11-01. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
BLUE "WOW" FAULT AFTER GEAR EXTENSION. INDICATIONS WERE 3 GREEN GEAR LIGHTS AND "WOW" SWITCHES IN AIR MODE. AFTER LANDIONG BOTH TR'S WOULD NOT TOW. COULD NOT TAXI OFF RUNWAY. ENGINES SHUT DOWN AFTER PRELIMINARY TROUBLESHOOTING TO STOW TR'S FAILED. FOUND "WOW" CONNECTOR LOOSE IN RH MAIN WHEEL WELL. TIGHTENED CONNECTOR. DOWNLOADED CMC FAULT HISTORY AND BATCH FILES AND SENT TO GULFSTREAM FOR EVALUATION. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS ON THRUST REVERSERS AND NOSE WHEEL STEERING. ALL FUNCTIONS AND PARAMETERS NORMAL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
TAKEOFF ABORTED, DURING TAKEOFF ROLL DUE TO HP DUCT O PRESSURE CAS (AMBER) MESSAGE ILLUMINATING. CREW COULD NOT DETERMINE WHICH ENGINE PROBLEM OCCURRED ON. THROTTLE WAS PULLED BACK IMMEDIATELY. TRIP WAS PUT ON ANOTHER AIRCRAFT. SB COMPLIED WITH. MAINT GROUND RUN OF LT AND RT ENGINES AT FULL TAKEOFF POWER WITH ANTI-ICE ON. CYCLED ANTI-ICE ON AND OFF AT FULL POWER SETTINGS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM. DOWNLOADED CAS MESS FROM IMT, DETERMINED THAT DUCT O PRESSURE INDICATION WAS ON LT ENGINE. INSP AND FUNCTIONALLY CHECKED CKD LT, RT DUCT O PRESS SWITCHES. LT SWITCH WAS FOUND, NORMAL. RT SWITCH WAS FOUND TO HAVE STICKY CONTACT. REPLACED RT O PRESS SWITCH. OPS CKD GOOD, AC WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
STAB TRIM FAILED ON PREFLIGHT INSPECTION. REPLACED STAB TRIM POSITION SENSOR.
FOUND LEFT ENGINE FIRE WARNING ILLUMINATED WITH APU RUNNING AND ENGINE OFF. FIRE DETECTION CONTROL UNIT CAUSING INTERMITTENT FIRE WARNINGS. LONG BEACH CESSNA SERVICE CENTER REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE FIRE WARNING CONTROL UNIT. OPERATIONAL TEST PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
AFTER THE MAIN ENGINES WERE STARTED, THE 'RSS SYSTEM FAIL' MESSAGE WAS DISPLAYED. AN ALTERNATE AIRCRAFT WAS UTILIZED FOR THAT TRIP. THE RUDDER STANDBY SYSTEM PUMP/MOTOR WAS NOTICED TO BE SLOW AND NOISY. SMOKE WAS ALSO COMING FROM THE MOTOR. THE RSS PUMP/MOTOR WAS REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT. OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM WAS NORMAL. (M)
'RUDDER LIMIT FAIL B' CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES. LINEAR ACTUATOR OF LOWER RUDDER LIMITER 'B' FAILED AT 16 PERCENT. REPLACED LOEWR RUDDER LIMITER ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY AND PERFORMED APPROPRIATE RIGGING PROCEDURES FROM CESSNA MM. OPERATION WAS NORMAL. (M)
RT TANK O'FILL, VENTED FUEL OPERATED IAW CESNA LETTER QTY WAS LESS THAN 32000 LBS. A FUEL TRANSFER CHECK WAS PERFORMED BY MAINTENANCE PER CESSNA MM. NO DEFECTS FOUND, SYSTEM FUNCTIONED NORMALLY. (M)
'A' CHANNEL OF FGC (FLIGHT GUIDANCE COMPUTER) FAILED DURING FLIGHT. 'A' CHANNEL OF FGC TRIPPED OFF LINE. FLIGHT CREW WAS ABLE TO RESET SYSTEM. IMT WAS INTERROGATED AND NO FAULTS WERE FOUND. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK PER HONEYWELL MM. SYSTEM SELF TEST OK AND NO FAULTS WERE NOTED. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE. (M)

UPPER RUDDER A-B FAILED TWICE. ABLE TO RESET TO B-CHANNEL. REPLACED UPPER RUDDER POSITION TRANSMITTERS. RIGGED AND TESTED PER CESSNA MM. OPERATIONAL CHECK IS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
AFTER LANDING AT CYYZ, THE RIGHT THROTTLE THRUST REVERSER LEVER WOULD NOT STOW. LEVER STUCK IN THE UP POSITION. ADJUSTED RIGHT THRUST REVERSER LEVER DETENT IAW CESSNA CITATION 750 MM. OPERATIONAL CHECK OF RIGHT THRUST REVERSER, THRUST REVERSER LEVER AND RIGHT THROTTLE WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)

PERFORMED WING TANK REFUELING AND TRANSFER SHUTOFF OPERATIONAL CHECKS PER CESNA MM. NO DEFECTS NOTED ALL OPERATIONAL CHECKS ARE GOOD. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. (M)

BWG - FLT 436 - AMBER ANTI-SKID FAIL MESSAGE ILLUMINATED ON START UP AND WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH. DAMAGED ANTI-SKID WIRING ON RIGHT MLG. THE WIRING WAS REPAIRED PER CESSNA CITATION X MAINTENANCE MANUAL PROCEDURES, THE SYSTEM TESTED AND THE AIRCRAFT DISCREPANCY CLEARED. (M)

UPPER RUDDER CHANNEL (B) FAILED DURING PREFLIGHT. FOUND UPPER RUDDER ACTUATOR INTERMITTENTLY STICKING. REMOVED AND REPLACED UPPER RUDDER ACTUATOR. OPERATIONAL CHECK IS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR FLIGHT.
DTW - AFTER TAKEOFF AND UPON LANDING GEAR RETRACTION THE NOSE GAR FAILED TO RETRACT. NLG STRUT LOWER CHAMBER NITROGEN PRESSURE LOW. SERVICED STRUT PER CESSNA MM. (M)
NO A SYSTEM HYDRAULIC PRESSURE INDICATION. INDICATION SYSTEM FAULT. REMOVED AND REPLACED TRANSDUCER, INDICATION NORMAL
AFTER INITIAL POWER UP OF THE AIRCRAFT THE CREW NOTED A FAILED NR 2 AHRS INDICATION ON THE COPILOTS PRIMARY FLIGHT DISPLAY. FAILED NR 2 AHRS COMPUTER. REPLACED NR 2 AHRS COMPUTER WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT AND COMPLETED OPERATIONAL CHECKS.
AFTER LANDING AT PDU THE RED GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT IN THE GEAR SELECTOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY ILLUMINATED AND THE GEAR WARNING HORN SOUNDED. WHILE TAXING TO PARKING THE GEAR WARNING INDICATIONS CEASED AND ALL INDICATIONS RETURNED TO NORMAL. AFTER PARKING THE AIRCRAFT, THE WARNING INDICATIONS RETURNED. CESSNA SERVICE CENTER AT GREENSBORO WAS CONTACTED AND TECHNICIANS WERE DISPATCHED TO REPAIR AIRCRAFT. FAULTY DOWN AND LOCKED SWITCH IN NOSE GEAR RETRACT ACTUATOR. REPLACED THE NOSE GEAR RETRACT ACTUATOR ADN PERFORMED REQUIRED GEAR SWINGS. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED DTW AND ON CLIMB-OUT, THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE TO THE RETRACT POSITION. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DTW AND MAINTENANCE WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE. UNDER CESSNA'S RECOMMENDATION, NEW SB 750-32-05 AND SB 750-32-10 INCORPORATED TO ELIMINATE PROBLEMS IN NOSE STRUT EXTENSION.
